The service was top notch! I work in a high end luxury hospitality business and to see the level of service and attention to detail by the staff and dinning team.

Being honest, a free room upgrade was suppose to occur but room wasn’t available I would have appreciated the next opening to have used that option yet the team took care of us best they could!!!

The guy who worked that day shift was just the best. He was kind and soft-spoken. The lady at the reception working with him, she had to come to my floor to help me open my door.

The fact that l have to pay 15$ for parking while staying there doesn't make sense. A bottle of water should be left in the room to make coffee. This is just a suggestion.

K'Shana T. was very polite and helpful at the front desk when checking in and out and the person who I talked to over the phone for booking.

The key didn't work properly when getting in the room.

Staff was really friendly and explain in details at the moment of check in. Restaurant staff was also very friendly. Great service from all staff.

I felt a bit pricey the hotel, but besides that, hotel was great !

The restaurant only had a buffet option for breakfast. This doesn’t work well for single travelers who don’t eat large breakfasts- flat $20 rate when I only wanted a light breakfast. Everytime I’ve stayed here, the bar/ restaurant staff is understaffed in the evening, even when they have a large guest group .

The room was great. Enough space and clean for our stay. The front desk helped with any questions an concerns we had during out stay. The food was great as well.

I didn't eat breakfast. I was very happy that there is a Starbucks on site. I loved how fast I got reservations at such short notice.

We had a reading light that malfunctioned. Kept coming on at intervals. Staff was very accomodating and helped resolve problem.

The rooms were clean and the location was great.

I wish we could have gotten rooms on the same floor and closer together
