The lobby is beautiful. Our rooms were clean and spacious for a family of 4. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff were super friendly. They had 2 family reunions going on at the same time. It was busy but it was never noisy in the room areas. The hotel was located directly across the street from Atlantic station where it had plenty of shops, food and bowling, and bars. This was a quick getaway trip before the kids went back to school so the location was perfect. It was a total of 8 of us (4 adults, 4 kids) and we were able to walk to entertainment, because we were drinking and didn’t want to drive so that was great to be able to walk!

The only thing we didn’t like is that the entrance to the lobby area to check in had no clear signage. The GPS brought us to the garage area of the hotel so it took about 5 minutes to figure out where the entrance was.

Beautiful and spacious room with really unique Atlanta-themed decor. There are USB charging ports near the bed, which is much appreciated. The little amenities in the room like toothpaste packets, cotton swabs, makeup remover, and coffee pods are nice touches.

The bottled water charge seemed excessive. The lobby is also very loud and echoey and when I arrived there was a large group of people causing a lot of noise, which made it difficult to hear all the information when I checked in.

hi, my room was great. It was spacious bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. I had no complaints although I didn’t spend much time in my room, but I was very comfortable and I felt safe and that was the most important thing for me was not able to eat breakfast, my convention started at eight. I left seven in the morning overall I had a great day.

what I would have liked is if they had more selection of snacks and beverages because I was at a convention, I didn’t get to my room until 1140 and most of the businesses were closed in the area and I was alone woman and didn’t feel comfortable wandering around, looking for something to eat however I can’t complain about nothing. The hotel was great.

The hotel is up-to-date with the overall experience to furniture, shower, state of the art equipment and etc. The was also very helpful with any questions we had. This is a very nice hotel which is upscale I might add, we enjoyed our stay!

I think they had charged us extra for our breakfast, we were under the impression when we purchased the room with breakfast included that we didn't have to pay additional because it was already charged to the room...Might need to get a handle on that.

The location and view is amazing. The staff were very accommodating and they were super helpful. I really liked how the hotel in general, was accommodating for the runners of the Peachtree Road Race. Literally, never fire Clarence! He has impeccable customer service. As well as the gentleman that worked the day of the race. I didn’t catch his name but they are GOLD!

Nothing negative to say here.

We loved it! The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Parking was easy. Either valet or do it yourself. Great location. Close enough to stuff to walk. Next time we are in Atlanta we will be staying here again!

The rooms were nice & the decor fit the environment. Hotel was clean. The beds were very comfortable we got a good night's sleep.

The bar could have opened earlier since it was a weekend. And the $22 buffet was a bit much for people with small appetites.

Kenyatta at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. She made our stay worthwhile. She knows her job very well, made us feel very welcome and she’s very humorous

Great location, good facilities and the hotel staff were extra friendly especially Breanna and Kenyatta who both went out of their way to help.

The only minor gripe I had (if I was being super picky) was the pillows were too soft for my liking but everything else was perfect

Front desk and restaurant staff very friendly and professional. THE grits were the BEST I have ever had, and I am from North Carolina and traveled the South quite a bit. The texture and flavor OMG. I did not add a thing to them. Went back for second helpings. Ty!!
