We ordered food at the bar and it took very long to receive. Then ordered dessert to go and we waited and waited. My friend finally went to the bar to check with our waitress to find that it had been sitting at the bar for quite some time. In addition, the music was so loud that people had to shout to be heard. Turn it down!

The room was very nice. Bed was comfortable, slightly more soft than firm. We had a partial vote of Piedmont Park and were on a top floor. Food in the area was varied and good.

Sunday morning breakfast option at the hotel was only a buffet. Food was fine, but would have gone somewhere else next time. I would have liked a more firm pillow. I forgot to ask if they had a pillow concierge for more options

So clean and the staff were ready to greet us after multiple flights cancelled and stranded for 3 days on a 2-hour layover. We were weary and probably looked like we were just rescued from a fire (LOL)! They were ready for us and even comped our beverages from their store, but also breakfast the next day. Although a LOT pricier than what I would normally choose on my meager budget, they really made us feel welcome and the place was whisper-quiet (except for happy hour, hey!) and the staff was super.

Felt a bit out of place when the rich young folks were gathering to start their nights’ out.

I love the chic interiors, its location and how clean it is. The staff are very friendly and accommodate customer requests where reasonable. The pool was lovely. There are many food outlets near by and some cool alternative tourist spots locally as well. This was my second visit and the standards are still high. I will 100% comeback and stay

The gym is a bit basic with no barbells/ free weights. a few cardio machines - treadmill, elliptical. A limited amount of dumbbells, a cable machine which is great and a hand full of machine. I think if there was room for a barbell rack that can be used for squatting, deadlifting, overhead press and benching that would make the gym more usable

The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated. The hotel is attached to a food hall, which is really convenient for rainy days.

There was an erroneous charge on my bill when I checked out. Still waiting on someone to get back to me about it. The lobby/bar was packed full of people who were not guests at the hotel. The valet parking was full for many hotel guests, so we had to self-park which took 30 minutes for me to find a space.

The hotel parking is pretty simple (right for valet or turn left into the parking garage and self-park. If you self-park there is an entry through the parking garage so that you don't have to walk all the way around to the front to enter. The lobby is simply breathtaking. There are so many areas for a beautiful photo opp, the interior designers and architects did a great job. The nightlife at the bar is lively!

The shower in the room that I stayed in had staining. I think that it was permanent staining because I requested that room service disinfect the shower, and the stain was still there. It looked like they should go ahead and resurface the shower because it looks unsanitary.

The bar and the food is excellent at this hotel. I had the Piedmont Sidecar and my friend had a cosmo. Super delicious!!!! It was moderately expensive but it was totally worth it. The short rib nachos we ordered the next day were divine!!! Sooo flavorful. The wings and salmon were good too. I would just add a little more sauce. The room was a nice size even though we got the smallest room option. Loved the foyer inside the room and the fact that the tv had apps already. I also thought everyone was nice. Liked that I could text for requests. Also love that it’s connected to colony square, close to Piedmont park, close to crescent ave that has some good food and a Marta station.

The only complaint I have is you can hear wherever a neighbor’s above and below turns on the water or flushes. It sounds like our the pressure is causing it to quake. We were on the 9th floor also couldn’t see much. And bed felt a tad worn. Oh, valet is super expensive at $79 a night but it’s literally connected to colony square so you can park for $30 a day yourself and there is an entrance directly to the hotel.

I absolutely loved the decor especially in the lobby & elevators. Didn't make it to breakfast on the 2nd floor so can't comment on that. The lobby had a dark elegant theme with a lot of general seating, indoors and out for convo, etc including a coffee bar. The hotel is also right at multiple dining options for lunch, dinner including access from the hotel. Concierge parking seemed attentive though I didn't have a car, they always spoke when I passed by.

The biggest disappointment, though somewhat minor, is I didn't notice a closet nor an iron & ironing board. I did notice however a portable steamer. I had shelves in the room; I was told at checkout the closet should have been hidden in the wall, was a panel I should have pressed. I don't place my clothes on dark shelves so I had to live out of my luggage. Should I have needed one sooner I would have asked. Also the sink in the bathroom wouldn't hold much so you have to leave most toiletries in bag.

The property was gorgeous. Very clean, smell s good just overall beautiful. It had a lot of little tucked away areas where you could go and relax and hang out.

They had an automatic 20 to 22% gratuity to everything. For two drinks I paid $70. For $30 nachos, I ended up paying $47 just to have it brought to my room.
