I recently had the pleasure of staying at the AC Hotel in Atlanta Midtown, and it was a truly positive experience. The property itself was exceptionally clean, which immediately put me at ease. The staff were not only friendly but also genuinely helpful, making my stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Midtown, which made it incredibly convenient to explore the area. I found it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and bars, enhancing the overall experience. Clean, great location

No baby crib was provided for my one year old or any type of alternative. We arrived at 11pm so had a very tired 1 and 2 year old. We kept getting told, the crib will be sent to your room to then eventually be told they don’t have one. I did also email the hotel twice prior to arriving to ask about a crib but no one responded

Safe, convenient parking. Complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste (which I asked for at the front desk when I realized I'd forgotten mine). Shared rooftop dining, pool and gym space with Moxy.

The parking was a little confusing. One elevator for parking will take you to the rooftop or lounge. To get to your room floor, you will need to use the elevator inside the lobby. There are no cocktails offered at the rooftop bar - you can request a mixed drink, but there is no bar menu. The rooftop area closed an hour early Saturday night.

The area and everything close by didn't need to leave the area for entertainment or food

The fact there isn't a complimentary breakfast a biscuit, muffin and a cup of coffee would have been nice without having to pay a price for seeming the hotel rooms are expensive enough🤷🏾‍♀️

the rooms were clean, the location was good, and the stay was very pleasant. I was skeptical because some of the hotel reviews were not great, and I considered changing my reservation. it was actually perfect for our needs. there is a Starbucks, Einstein bagels and Whole Foods within a couple of minutes walk, the area felt pretty safe. I read about car break ins in the reviews, but I was told this happens everywhere in Atlanta. The staff were very nice and helpful. we would stay there again

the AC was very loud like other people have mentioned. I’ve never been in a hotel before where the AC was this loud. The walls are a little thin too. we didn’t have nosy neighbors but I can see how this can be a problem

Loved this hotel. It’s next door to the Four Seasons and almost as nice for much less money. They staff is great, parking is convenient but it is $32/night. The pool is super cool. Live DJ on the weekends, so it’s very lively. Beds are as comfy as the Ritz, we will definitely be back.

One of the does hers at the pool was fuzzy and the loud buzz eventually gave me a headache.

Nice hotel with modern amenities and a really good paid breakfast buffet. It puts you in a good spot to do lots of things and is near some great restaurants, cocktail bars, and a Whole Foods.

Literally the only bad thing was an upstairs guest that stomped on the floor waking us up too early. I put in a request with the hotel to warn them though.

Good location near the subway to the airport. The front desk people were excellent. It was pricey, but I booked at the very last minute after being stranded at the airport. I will definitely stay at an AC Hotel again.

Check in was difficult. They did not have my reservation from booking.com. Luckily I had the email confirmation. Tried calling booking.com. Could not get past stupid automated system. Kept asking for an itinerary number; all I had was a confirmation number that wouldn’t work. So instead of transferring me to a human being, it hung up on me. I was very unhappy with Booking.com. Fortunately, even though they were turning away walk-ins, they found me a room. I was there more than an hour before I got to go to my room.

The air in the rooms needs a complete overhaul. It sounded like a plane was taking off but it never seemed like anything was coming out.
