Latoschia Evans - General Manager was awesome. She made sure we had games and gave us playing cards for a spades game. Walked around and made sure we were safe during the storm and stayed overnight incase the lights went out. Lights went out but came back on. Looked up and she was there. Ms. Angela at the front desk was a blessing with a smile on her face at all times. LaSonja the kickback bartender was on point with her skills made my kickback drink extra sweet like I requested everytime, Ms. Kathy in the breakfast area kept everything full and hot every morning. Pancita our housekeeper kept our rooms neat and stocked with fresh towels each day. Alyssa- Front Desk Manager was very nice. On Sunday morning she was dressed really nice in a black and white dress. Even worked in the dining room. Let me tell you. These ladies are very professional. Hands down, there isn't any other staff that could beat this crew. These ladies are running this hotel. If you want to know how to run a hotel let these ladies show how it is done. I appreciate their smiles, professionalism, thoughtfulness, passion, and commitment to hospitality that is unmatched in their line of business. See you again soon.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few drawbacks. The staff was excellent, particularly those working in the breakfast area. They were friendly, attentive, and really made mornings enjoyable. The complimentary drinks and snacks provided later in the day were also a great touch it’s always nice to have those little extras. The hotel itself was clean, which is a big plus, and despite ongoing construction around the property, it was surprisingly quiet and didn’t impact our stay much.

The pool was a major disappointment. It was visibly dirty, with “spit and hair” floating, which made it unusable for us. We didn’t feel comfortable getting in, and that was a letdown since a pool is often a highlight of a hotel stay.

The parking lot is gated and has a lot of spots. It's away from the busy areas, even if its's by the highway. I anticipated road noise, but didn't notice any. Good value and overall happy with my stay. The staff was very friendly as well.

The small parking lot outside of the gated parking lot for guests. It really only fits a couple cars so it's inconvenient when other guests are getting picked up, or someone in checking in/out. The lobby did not smell nice, a couple air fresheners would go a long way,

The clean rooms, everything was comfortable. Breakfast was great & the 5:30 kickback was great. I didn't even have to buy food from any restaurant the entire time. Y'all kept me full & I saved money from not having to eat out @ a restaurant. I will be back.

I didn't like the G elevator kind of confusing to me, but I found out that G was the 1st floor & the lobby was 2nd. I've never seen a lobby that says 2nd floor.

Safe area and gated parking.

Room was standard, clean and as it should be. I particularly drove 10 miles from airport to this Drury Inn for the highest recommendation reviews on the breakfast but it was very std. and typical hot breakfast. Nothing special as the hype from other review. You would get the same breakfast elsewhere like Holiday Inn, Best Western whoever is serving hot breakfast....no reason to drive extra miles. They could offer regular plates as opposed to plastic as the fear of Covid is no longer the same as 2020. Yes, there is cost associated with this but they are not charging anything substantially less than other inns/hotels.

I visited Atlanta to see my daughter who moved there last year. I have stayed in 3 hotels this year there, counting Drury. Drury was clean, staff was kind and helpful, free parking, great breakfast and the most comfortable bed. I can't say enough about our stay. We will be coming back.

I can't say there was anything I didn't like.

This is such a good location if you need somewhere to stay close to the airport and he VPC. There is a shopping center within a five minute walk if you need anything extra, but the hotel serves breakfast and a GREAT dinner. The staff is super friendly, and they ensure you have the most comfortable stay.

Don't venture too far from the hotel and shopping center. The areas outside of this little bubble aren't alarmingly unsafe, but it's Atlanta so you wanna be careful.

eveyrthing we needed was there. The happy hour at 5:30 wth drink and snacks and then the morning/AM breakfast was a great touch. The bed was comfortable. My dog also was fascinated by the robotic police camera security drone thing-a-ma-bobber.

There is on-going construction which means there is some dust. However it is minor. Hopefully they can finish this construction up quickly.

$50 is too much to charge for a pet free, 30 lb cocker spaniel who doesn't shed and sleeps in her kennel. Could not get out of the parking lot because the arms were down and wouldn't go up. We had just returned our key to the drop box then to find out it says to get out of the parking lot, use the room key and the arm will go up. We left at 5:30 am on Dec 3. TOO LATE, no one was at the front desk so we contacted the gal in the breakfast room. Room 402 - shower sprays all over the place, needs repaired.

We use Drury Inns most of the time when traveling to and from vacation spots when available. They are usually near restaurants we like to eat at while traveling.

The rooms heater was too cold, and there were no extra blankets. We were both cold thru the night. The tiny fridge does not allow for enough room to rechill the food from our coolers, and no freezer room to refreeze our ice blocks and frozen bottles we use in our coolers, (instead of using bagged ice cubes, that melts to water and makes a mess!)
