Carol checked me in and she was the best!! She accommodated us when the room didn’t match what we booked online. She was friendly and helpful, pleasant and smiling the entire time. I loved how big the room felt with the tall ceilings. The pool was wonderful and relaxing. Close to highway and lots of shops/restaurants. The suite had a small fridge and microwave which my teenage sons loved, and they enjoyed the TV.

The wall behind the toilet had a hole in it, the bathtub had rusty cracks- things that were cosmetic but affected how I felt about my stay. The trashcans were so small it was easy to overflow them with a family which made me feel like a slob. The water pressure wasn’t very strong. More breakfast options would have been nice- I have a child with allergies who couldn’t eat anything.

There was plenty of breakfast, rooms were clean and large with comfy beds. Pool is a nice size and wasn't over crowded, the gym was open. Hotel is in a great location with a lot close by it including the interstate. The rooms were cleaned everyday and restocked with tissue and towels.

Only one worker didn't show hospitality. When we greeted her in the morning, she looked at us and didn't say anything. All other workers were nice and greet us upon entering the hotel.

The hotel was clean, with well-maintained facilities and a fresh, welcoming atmosphere throughout. Its location was ideal, conveniently situated near major attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, making it easy to get around. The staff were consistently polite and professional, always ready to assist with a smile and ensuring that every interaction was pleasant and accommodating.

The staff was amazing here! The overnight front desk, Chelsie was accommodating in many ways, especially my late check-in with small children. Her room choice was perfect for our family and her professionalism was unmatched! I thought she was a manager. Andre helped us in the day time ( we stayed for 3 days) and helped keep our experience top tier. I have found our family's new home away from home when in morrow.

This hotel was by far, THE SINGLE BEST HOTEL I'VE STAYED IN! this hotel, the staff, the accommodations, and the room are immaculately maintained. Michelle was so hospitable and great to talk to. What I love is the attention to detail and excellent customer service. The breakfast options are great, and they had Turkey Sausage (I don't eat Pork but, they do have pork as well). when I return to Morrow, this will be my first and only choice.

I didn't dislike anything about this hotel.

Loved the jacuzzi tub and the vegan places nearby. The beds were so comfortable we got some great sleep. The room stayed nice and cool. The breakfasts were amazing and delicious.

The housekeeping times weren't very clear, so there was some miscommunication about laundry and trash collection at first. The sheet on the bed seemed a little too big for it. It kept slipping off, but it was still comfortable.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! It's close to lots of cozy, chain, family restaurants with good hours and it's right off of the highway.

The third party site allowed me to book a whirlpool room with kids in my party which caused confusion and an additional expense for me.

Upon getting to the hotel I was greeted pleasantly by Melissa and the lobby was very clean and smelled great. The staff was excellent especially Carl and Melissa and they answered all my questions. The breakfast had a good selection of both hot and cold items. You could make a waffle, get hot tator tots, sausage patties and eggs, muffins, bagels and bread for toast. Three different kinds of cereal and small cups of yogurt too. Coffee, hot tea, milk and orange juice. The bed was comfortable but it took some getting used to the pillows. They were smaller than I'm used to. The blackout curtains were nice as well. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. The TV had enough channels including two HBO channels. It was in a good location with plenty of restaurants and IHOP and Cracker Barrel were within walking distance. The only concern was the price was a bit high.

The main thing I didn't like was there was a constant smell of Marijuana on the floor. When the heater came on the smell of Marijuana came out which for a non-smoking room was not good. Plus there was one night about midnight when two or three people were having what sounded like a serious disagreement with one of the people using a lot of bad language and really talking louder than he should have at that time of night. Also if the maid didn't hear you telling you that you didn't need anything she would open the door and turn the light on and then she would close the door without turning the light back off. I just found that frustrating and she did it two days. Overall except for that one night it was a relatively quiet stay with normal noise during the day time and mainly quiet at night.

It was clean, spacious and modern. Love the USB ports on the lamps! The breakfast was GREAT!

The shower rod was dangling a little bit and thought it might pop off and break! It was leaning so the curtain wasn’t staying closed but I used some tape to shut the shower curtain

This was a last-minute accommodation due to a flight cancellation. I found the hotel reception excellent, and I was given a good room. I was very happy with this hotel.

Room smelled kind of musty, but otherwise the accommodations were fine. After a while, I didn't even notice the mustiness.
