Close to everything even if you must walk. Gas station restaurants like Steak n Shake and Waffle House across the street. Minutes from Southlake Mall. 2 Clubs/Lounges within walking distance. Near plasma center if you need to donate. Beauty supplies and Publix for money loading in walking distance as well. Quiet clean room with great TV cable and spacious full kitchens. Comfortable beds!!

Staff was a little weird. Tried to make me install my own shower curtain that was missing and literally did not give me my room keys after check in but firmly stated they were walking me up and entered my room with me observing me... Was quite uncomfortable and unnecessary especially with the staff member being a male an intrusive nature about him. I did not/would not like that type of greeting ever again. Has never happened to me at ANY OTHER EXTENDED STAY AMERICA IN THE NATION!! WEIRD AND I SPOKE OUT💯

I liked the fact there were many restaurants within walking distance.

The fact that I had to leave a deposit because I booked online at Booking .com was horrible as it was not noted anywhere on their website. My room had the previous guest food wrapper on the side of the reclining chair...I guess the maid didn't look in their direction.

I'm not a breakfast person. I like sleeping until I have to wake up. Though breakfast was available I did not go to get it. I found everything neat and clean and spacious. I liked that an iron and ironing board was available in the room as I needed it to iron my clothes for my meeting. My check in and out with the desk person was fast and efficient. Overall, my stay was excellent compared to other motels/hotels I have stayed in.

My room had a noisy refrigerator, the bathtub was slow to drain while taking a shower, I didn't like standing in the pool of water. Also, since the weather was cool at the time, I turned the A/C unit on to get a little heat in the room but found that the fan in the unit was not operating. It was no big deal for me because it was late at night, and I was going to jump under the bed blankets, and I like it cool when I'm sleeping. So, I informed the clerk of the problem when I was checking out and she said she'd put in a work order to have it repaired and I was satisfied the next person wouldn't have that problem. I didn't mention the refrigerator or the bathtub I'm sorry to say.

I like the front desk clerk he was Amazing. Everything we needed was right around the hotel .

I didn't like the dogs hotel hall needed to be clean the elevator door & floor was not clean the bathroom wasn't clean

I saw a few bugs, but that's to be expected.

Extended stay was very clean and centrally located. Staff was very professional and attentive to my needs.
