Breakfast was just perfect, the gentleman that worked the area did a wonderful job. The room/bed was so comfy, excellent nights sleep!

When I walked in and was being checked in to female staff, as they were leaving, I believe said to the lady who is helping me at the desk if there’s any issues again, call 911. I didn’t need to hear that, they should’ve said that in the back office, possibly, not so that the customers coming in as after I heard that I was a little nervous. Awesome when I went to get on the elevator, there was a man who I had seen being checked in by another person and he looked to be waiting, so I waited to get on the elevator until he had gone. I was a little nervous at that point, but my room didn’t come out the next morning.

The breakfast was an excellent fare of Southern cuisine. The fact that it was buffet style was a positive for me, it was replenished in a timely manner, The wait staff was on point with keeping the area clean and seating available.

I would encourage management to assist staff with providing adequate supplies of menus for the bar and restaurant that there will be more than one menu circulating between the two venues. I also suggest the use of writing pads so that the wait staff will be able to document orders for the chef.

It was very clean and comfortable and a good location. Beds were comfortable and smelled clean.

No toilet paper in the bathroom and the breakfast is 12.99 a person and it was so not worth that. We had bacon, sausage, very hard French toast, eggs, grits, fruit, yogurt. There was no gravy and biscuit or pancakes or anything like that. It should have been a free breakfast not 12.99 a person!

Could not find restaurant info. Not on TV nenu nor nothing in room any info. Went to restaurant to see menu and could nit find anyone to help, busy on phone. No visible menus to pik up Whete do u really find the hotel amenities anymore

Room was clean and modern.

The pool was out of order, which was a huge disappointment. I was there for a meeting and did not necessarily have to stay overnight. I had intended on doing so, however, solely to use the pool the next morning. I did not and left at the conclusion of the meeting. Had I known the pool was out, I would have made alternate meeting place arrangements.

I loved how nice the lobby was. I loved that they were very welcoming and didn't judge when I had to call to get 50 for the insadentals

That i want told about the insadentals and that for the price you pay you don't get breakfast, the pool area was also alittle dirty (towels sitting by the pool for hours)

The only bad thing I can say abt my room was that we smelled mold. Do not know where it was coming from and did not say anything bc when we arrived we overheard the staff explain to another guest that the hotel was at full capacity this weekend.

Just stayed the night to be near Piedmont Stockbridge hospital. A relative was in ICU. This hotel met my needs.

My only issue was I showed up at the wrong location..HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS nearby...I wish there were a better way to differentiate between the two. Late at night, it's frustrating to find that I was at the wrong location.

We needed a place to stay on our way to visit family and the location was great for us. The staff was extremely friendly and the beds were comfortable.

Found trash left behind in our room which made me question the rest of the cleanliness. The breakfast was awkward. It was the typically serve yourself breakfast buffet but there was a lady claiming to be the “server”.

Such a great hotel! Every single staff we interacted with was so incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfy and the beds and sheets were so comfortable!! We travel here frequently and this will definitely be our new go to hotel. They also have plenty of parking!
