there was no breakfast at this location

one day i left to go to the international gift show for work and came back late around 930-10 and my room was not cleaned , the bed was not made up and the bathroom had not been cleaned as well with no new towels to take a shower and the garbage had not been removed as well . i went down to the office to at least get towels to take a shower and the office was closed for the night with a note on the door .i have stayed here before , and i also had asked for a bottom floor room when i made the reservation and when i got there they didnt have a bottom floor at all and i had to stay up on the third floor , that did make me mad & dissatisfied as well . there was no compensation about that or nothing to resolve the matter .

There was nothing that I didn't like, I wish I could afford to stay longer.

Room was clean. Staff was nice.

Needs alot of upgrades. Rooms are small. If you sit at the table you can't open the door. Has stove but don't work. No bath tubs just showers. But again I would stay there again just need upgrades, nothing major to not want me to go back.

Old toilets and sheets, permanent stains and not so soft toilets. TV image not sharpe

Enough for a 1 night stay. It's nothing too fancy. Everything was well kept and the staff was very friendly and explained everything to me.

As weird as this sounds, I couldn't find the elevator! I swore they talked about it haha. Also, I wish we had more pillows and I wish we had cups to actually drink water out of. Those are my two main biggies.

Kitchenette was nice to have

Did not know there was no pots and pans or silverware dishes but made the best of it
