Courtyard rarely disappoints. We just need a few hours of sleep before catching an early flight out of Atlanta airport back to Texas. Beds were comfortable, room was clean.

Be warned CHIME credit and debit card holders, they did not accept either of my Chime cards as a farm of payment. I had to pay $4.95 atm fee just to get the cash out. That was disappointing because every other hotel and car rental place has accepted those as forms of payment.

Courtyard concept is nice. Very pleasant lobby and courtyard area. Also having the bistro. The updated bathroom was nice. Parking was easy to use. Front desk was very pleasant room was quiet. Location good, minutes from airport.

Sofa mattress extremely uncomfortable. Surely there must be better. Signage to find the hotel is needed. At the Riverdale exit off 285W, you can turn left or right on Riverdale and there needs to be hotel signs. Same at the Sullivan Rd turn. At night it's very hard to find one's way unless you are familiar with the area. Not all if us use or have navigation aids in our cars. The bistro needs longer hours overall. We missed breakfast due to the 9:30 am bistro closing time. It took a long time to get the hotel by phone and I couldn't find a way online to say I would arrive late.

Spacious room with small private balcony overlooking an interior courtyard. Comfortable bed plus a small sofa for lounging. Convenient free airport shuttle.

Although in theory, there is food available on-site, the portion of the lobby reserved for eating was bleak as well and all but deserted. Fortunately, there's a Ruby Tuesday's about a five-minute walk away, which was more lively. Not much else nearby that I saw.

All of the available features were fine.

The description on Booking did not match reality. We'd expected a pool and free parking. Instead, no pool, and $18 per day to park. I'd recommend that Courtyard check Booking regularly to see if what is offered is actually available.

It was clean and I had no real complaints about the facilities. It was close to the airport which was great.

I booked a King room and received a double. Since we were staying as a couple this was quite uncomfortable. Especially since the “Queen “ bed seemed more like full sized in my opinion. When I asked what happened, I was told they oversold the king rooms and they were sold out. I think what was most annoying is that I was told I was “upgraded”. How is that an upgrade?

It was a standard airport hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and free airport shuttle. Since there was no restaurant in the hotel (as stated in the description), they called a shuttle to take us to the only nearby restaurant free of charge.

The one problem is that in the description on B.com it states a “Restaurant” … there is no restaurant!

We were stranded at the airport in Atlanta and were helped very quickly by the staff at the hotel so we could shower and sleep quickly after quit the ordeal at the airport with rebooking a ticket. They also had all the necessities you could want when stranded.

Breakfast was very minimal.

I love the service I received when my granddaughter left her gymnastics leo for competition, I called, and I received a quick response from the front desk. Thank you, because it is very expensive, Leo. So, thank you for the fast response.

There wasn't any breakfast, and I thought we would receive.

I loved the sliding door which led right out to my car. Room was peaceful and quiet.

The hotel alarm clock went off at 6am! We hadn’t touched it so it must’ve been set by either the previous occupant or housekeeper accidentally.
