Location was fine for the airport as we stayed the night before we flew home. Comfortable and large accommodating rooms. Clean and very much up to standard. You have got everything you need in a hotel and it’s very good value for money.

Breakfast was the only thing that really let the hotel down. Quite an early time to start with but we got to breakfast for 8:30am and there was hardly any hot food left, only two slices of bread left for toast and two English tea bags left which these were not topped up for paying guests. This was only topped up a few minutes to 9am for staff which is rather disgusting to be honest as there would have been other people that came down after us.

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Smooth check-in. I only stopped over here for a few hours sleep in between flights but it served it’s purpose and I slept well. Very grateful to the shuttle driver on the way from the airport who dropped me off even though it wasn’t his usual hotel run, which meant I didn’t have to wait in the freezing rain for longer. Prompt shuttle on return to the airport. I didn’t try the breakfast as I left very early.

Check in was fine and they had my room ready, but reception staff could have been a bit more friendly and welcoming (as other reviews have said) - it doesn’t take much and would make a big difference when arriving as a foreigner after a long journey!

Great location near the airport. It was a 5-7 minute drive in the morning to the rental car center. This hotel had the best breakfast of all the places we stayed while in NE Georgia. Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

No shuttle bus to / from international terminal. This might have been stated when we booked but I did not see that the shuttle only ran to the domestic terminal.

Shuttle to the airport, big vanity with lots of space to put things. Bed was comfortable.

Carpet on the floor… could be updated. Grab&Go was supposed to be out. They only put it out on request and if the shuttle to the airport hadn‘t been late, we couldn‘t have gotten something to eat…

I really appreciate the secure parking lot on property. When having a rental car, that security makes this property top of the list.

The property could use some maintenance. The door to the parking lot and lobby is never locked.

I love the price it was very affordable. As well as the free breakfast. The rooms were very clean and the building was not noisy at all. Room service and the staff were friendly. Our entire trip was comfortable.

I loved everything except for the location. It was very beneficial to be by the airport but a bit far from some attractions or things to do. Other than that the stay was perfect.

This is simply a place to stay overnight between plane connections. As such it met expectations and I cannot complain. It was comfortable, breakfast ok not great but ok and the shuttle was on schedule. Staff were all professional.

The surrounding was rather grim but then it was an airport hotel. Some signs of worn, being a somewhat older hotel

The elevator was nice to have, hotel was near airport and they had gluten free muffins on the make shift grab and go breakfast.

No hot breakfast due to construction was a huge disappointment, being charged $15 to park at the hotel, and not being aware of these two things.

The shuttle bus was easy to find and only took 7-10 minutes. Easy and professional checkin. First impressions were 'nicer than i expected'. comfortable bedsm large room. The staff were amazing. We had flown in late from Australia and we were hungry. They helped us order some food to be delivered. Very clean. gym equipment clean and in good working order. Nice breakfast with lots of options,
