Shuttle bus only runs from Domestic Terminal, not international 👎

Large rooms, nice breakfast

Free hotel Shuttle just runs from delta south terminal. Issue is that hotel and booking.com does not mention that there is no shuttle from ATL international terminal. We had to take 20 minute airport shuttle to domestic terminal. If we knew, we would have taken taxi instead. Also lots of noisy planes.

The airport shuttle was perfect. The room was very comfortable, big and well equiped. The breakfast buffet was real good, all varieties of breakfast food available you need for a good breakfast. I had Grits, cooked by a lady "Ms. Yolander", she seemed to have cooked it with love. It helped my aching stomach to get better! We had a real good stay there, even though it was short.

I liked the location, I liked the shuttle to the airport, I liked the room, the bed was comfortable. The water was nice & hot in the shower and the water pressure was good. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The lobby was very nice. Everything was clean.

The breakfast was crap. The bathroom did not have any kind of counter space and could be updated. There was no full length mirror in the room or bathroom. The shower head did not have different settings. The tub side was very high making it awkward to step into. But once in it was fine. No USB ports for charging.

Staff was exceptionally kind, nice, and jovial. The room was spacious and the facility was clean. I really enjoyed our stay here!

Ice machine on our floor was out of service. I had to go to the 4th floor every time we needed ice. I also wish breakfast ran a bit later. I'm a late riser.

I was able to secure my room with my cashapp card but when I arrived they did not accept cashapp, Venmo, PayPal or chime. Thank God my partner had a bank card. Just know you need a credit card or a bank card when you go!

The hotel was a very nice hotel. We enjoyed the spacious environment of the room. The breakfast option were also great. We especially like the view that we had of the airport. Being able to see planes land and take off was a nice touch to our vaacation.

I didn't like that in addition to the room their was a fee for parking. I feel that parking should not be charged. Unless I overlooked something, I didnt remember seeing that when booking the room online.

I loved the spacious room. The staff was nice and accommodating of any of my needs. The breakfast space was very large and spacious. The lobby also located right next to the breakfast area provided additional space that proved to be very comfortable.

No vegan options.

Basic hotel for early travelers looking to staff close to the airport. Booked this for my mom and aunt we who stated they wouldn't stay for a long period of time but for passers-bys its perfect. The amount of money this hotel makes it could use a few upgrades for the price people are paying not to mention the name HYATT.

That the total price of the room wasn’t included in the initial booking price. There was an extra $30 charge for incidentals when I got to the hotel. Total price should be when hotel is booked. Not a surprise fee upon arrival.
