Convenient location off the highway and near the airport! Very nice room and hotel.

Being close to the highway and the airport there was a bit of road and plane noises. But it didn’t keep us awake!

The staff in the lobby and restaurant were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. They had a serving area where you could buy water, sodas etc, very helpful.

Only downside is No Lunch! And not many restaurants close by/things to do BUT it's a trade-off for proximity to the airport

The pillows were the fluffiest I've ever felt. Quick Check in and friendly staff. I had a beautiful view from my room and slept like a baby. The coffee wasn't bad and I loved the eggs! My shuttle to the airport was clean and efficiently timed. The sweetest driver! Definitely recommend!

The property was clean, elevator worked properly. The room were really clean and nice.

I didn’t like that I was not informed about a deposit that was required when you check in. That was an inconvenience.

I had left another hotel nearby because of how dirty and outdated it was. I think it was called the Stetson, I booked here in the middle of the night after an 8 hour drive from Florida. This place was exceptional. The young lady who wears glasses at the front desk was warm and engaging even at 2 AM. I got to my room, which honestly exceeded my expectations. It's very new and updated, and very clean. The front desk staff during the day were also very top notch. One soft spoken girl really tried to help me with whatever I needed and the young gentleman was also very kind and engaging. On my way here, my glasses broke, and the manager Dan opened a tube of Gorrila Glue resin, which he got from maintenance himself and simply asked me to just return it when I'm done. If it wasn't for him, I would have had to have my meetings with one arm on my glasses. Truly saved my trip.

Heads up, housekeeping is done every third day, which was strange, but they have no problem fully cleaning your room upon request. One other thing is that the floor was not wiped down very well, not because of any debris, but because it was just dusty. The bottoms of my feet would have some black when I'd shower, but it was just dust so easily fixable. I'm sure if I had mentioned something, they would have deep cleaned it immediately. Thanks for an awesome stay, I stayed in three hotels after, and none were as nice.

It was quiet, close to the airport. I like they had a restaurant at the hotel. Since it's not walking distance to other eating establishments, however if you have vehicle you can drive. The food was great at the restaurant.

I wish the restaurant at the hotel offered lunch.

I stayed here for my birthday, and it was an amazing experience! The staff went above and beyond to make my day feel extra special. My boyfriend was able to coordinate with the hotel in advance, and they allowed him to decorate the room before I arrived—which was such a thoughtful touch. Later that evening, when we returned to the room, I was surprised with a beautifully decorated slice of cheesecake waiting for me. Everything was perfect—super clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent service. Truly a 10/10 stay, and I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday experience!
