The location hotel upkeep love the shower. Wish I could get me a showerhead like that. Went online trying to find the same. One will be nice if someone could tell me what type of showerhead was in the suite that I had. It was excellent I loved it.

The lightning in the room was a little insufficient. The door connecting between the suite and living area, would block the entrance to the bathroom. The shade in bedroom would not operate correctly up and down. I want to lift it up to get more light into the room. 609. Also, parking lot did not have enough handicap parking slots I’ve would’ve liked to have more ability. I understand they can’t have every slot a handicap where they need to make more than what was available. I believe was only three slots available room for improvement

The shuttle to/from the airport was very prompt and the hotel wasn't too far from the terminal. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the free breakfast offered a variety of options. The room was well equipped and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the free wifi worked well.

The noise from the nearby highway was louder than expected and some parts of the room were a bit worn down.

The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel does not work properly. We waited 30 minutes, and then took a taxi. This was in the evening around 8pm from the domestic terminal. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport in the morning did come on time (5:30am), but was very crowded (too small for the number of people).

How clean the property was in that location. Excellent Customer Service. A great example of what Customer Service looks like. It was my first time...Staff was very polite and respectful. Gina, Milka, and Thoenicia. Hats off to there trainers, and Mgr trainers. They kept asking me every day is there's anything I needed. It was my first time there.

Spacious room with comfortable bed. Great amenities including free breakfast, late afternoon cookies, a coffee/tea bar, gym, and seasonal outdoor pool.

Wished that the breakfast assortment would have been a little more diverse. Some of the items were cold upon eating.

I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and their professionalism. They were very helpful and made my stay worth while. As a disable Veteran parking was excellent.

Breakfast was not too good. Sausage was not cook well. I don't like powdered eggs. Oatmeal was to stiff and didn't look advertising.

Everything was as expected

The eggs could've had some seasoning even though you can add your own and was cold. The breakfast sausage could've been cooked a bit more but was OK. Everything else was on point. Overall I enjoyed everything for my stay

Thank you for the meat and fruit 🍑 Coffee ☕ was always available. The concessions were always full of good selections. The food on the breakfast menu was fresh.😋

Everything was great 👍🏾I would recommend this location for your business and personal stay in Atlanta, especially if you have a flight to or from the airport.

Breakfast was amazing. Staff were friendly and super helpful in locating a Marta station for us. Will be returning in the future. The ease of access from the freeway, was perfect.

This property was in the perfect location for us, close to the airport and with good restaurants in nearby Hapeville. It also offered an airport shuttle and free parking. It's a newer hotel, and although it's right next to a freeway, our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. We were upgraded to a suite, which was very nice; the bed was comfortable and all in all, we had a great night's sleep. Would definitely recommend and return here in future.
