Location, amenities were great.

The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful. We received conflicting information from staff in the morning and evening about the start of shuttle service in the morning. One said 4a while other said 4:30a. We came down at 4:00a and were asked to wait in the lobby for the shuttle and were informed that the driver will come-in to get the guests. The shuttle came in at 4:05 but no one came in and just left. The next one came in but had no space for luggage. Our flight was at 6:00 and we ended up getting an uber.

The rooms were big and they were clean Usually rooms around this area in this price range aren’t this nice The checkout at noon is nice so you are not rushing The staff is very friendly I parked right in the front so I felt safe with my car being left unattended

The ice makers were not working There were no toiletries in the room, besides the shampoo, conditioner and body wash that were attached to the shower wall They are remodeling the hotel so a lot of it was closed off or not working which we did not know before arriving They are also working on the interstate so we kept getting rerouted and having to add more time to our arrival about 15 minutes extra which we also did not know before arriving But those are temporary problems that will be solved quickly and the hotel is gonna be even better than it was and we really enjoyed our stay thank you

Stayed one night before a flight. The room was exceptionally spacious and comfortable, with effective air conditioning and excellent water pressure in the shower. Staff were polite and reasonably attentive. The airport shuttle was convenient and on time. During my stay, the lobby was under renovation, though this had minimal impact on the overall experience. Due to the renovation, breakfast was served in a conference room — a bit unusual, but perfectly acceptable. The only downside was that the amount charged to my card was around 20% higher than expected. Fortunately, after I reached out (albeit with some delay), the difference was refunded without issue. Overall, a very convenient hotel for a short layover before a flight. I’d stay here again if the need arises.

The best things about this accommodation: - The free airport shuttle was super convenient! It runs every half hour (picks up from the airport at 15 and 45 minutes past the hour, and leaves the hotel on the hour and 30 minutes past) - Friendly staff - Large, clean room - Comfortable bed

Downsides but not dealbreakers: - The lighting in the room was a little dim - The shower head could use a deep clean/replacement, because mineral buildup from the water seemed to be impacting the directionality of the spray

Nice property and very nice staff. Just wished they had a mart for toiletries and food. Some salads weee available but that was about it. Breakfast was pretty good. Very comfortable bed. Needs more toiletries in room. Couldn’t get a shower cap but they did offer toothpaste. Thing is some of us end up there due to a canceled flight. Receptionist was nice to offer me a stranded traveler rate since the flight airline (Delta) refused to provide vouchers.

Lack of toiletries in room and few options for food to purchase

Our connecting flight was cancelled so we arrived one day late. The lady on duty was able to transfer our booking to that day even though it was already expired. KUDOS to her, unfortunately I do not recall her name.

The sleeper sofas are often of bad quality, so was it here. The sofa does not sleep my two boys 8 and 10 years old. Why they put in so bad sofas must only be that they want to sell you two rooms.

Loved the staff, airport shuttle to get to the Marta, breakfast was great, good restaurants close by, race trac was convenient.

Little bit of black mould in the bathroom - fan wasn’t working in there so makes sense lol. Researched the neighbourhood and the crime stats were slightly frightening because I’m from a small town in Canada lol. But was there Taylor Swift weekend so lots of swifties around so felt ok. Did get honked at by a number of men in vehicles while walking down the sidewalk in daylight so we just didn’t walk at night and it was fine.

I love everything about it my go to hotel when I have a early morning flight the next day

The communication about the shuttle transportation. I stay and use the shuttle for commute back and forth to the airport was told the day of arrival that it wasn't offer anymore do to renovation being done to the facility.

I didn't like the airport shuttle back to airport. The man dropped me very far from where I needed to be dropped off and caused a lot of pain for me walking to my groome pick up area.

Staff interaction was great, patient and accommodating at the front desk and the breakfast was attentive and efficient. Hot breakfast is very important to me and it was delicious - protein-packed. The pool was clean and felt great. I bought a sandwich at the bar and it was fresh and tasty.

Fitness room was a bit hot and there were no cups for the water cooler but it was OK.
