Location, amenities were great.

The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful. We received conflicting information from staff in the morning and evening about the start of shuttle service in the morning. One said 4a while other said 4:30a. We came down at 4:00a and were asked to wait in the lobby for the shuttle and were informed that the driver will come-in to get the guests. The shuttle came in at 4:05 but no one came in and just left. The next one came in but had no space for luggage. Our flight was at 6:00 and we ended up getting an uber.

The best things about this accommodation: - The free airport shuttle was super convenient! It runs every half hour (picks up from the airport at 15 and 45 minutes past the hour, and leaves the hotel on the hour and 30 minutes past) - Friendly staff - Large, clean room - Comfortable bed

Downsides but not dealbreakers: - The lighting in the room was a little dim - The shower head could use a deep clean/replacement, because mineral buildup from the water seemed to be impacting the directionality of the spray

Nice property and very nice staff. Just wished they had a mart for toiletries and food. Some salads weee available but that was about it. Breakfast was pretty good. Very comfortable bed. Needs more toiletries in room. Couldn’t get a shower cap but they did offer toothpaste. Thing is some of us end up there due to a canceled flight. Receptionist was nice to offer me a stranded traveler rate since the flight airline (Delta) refused to provide vouchers.

Lack of toiletries in room and few options for food to purchase

Our connecting flight was cancelled so we arrived one day late. The lady on duty was able to transfer our booking to that day even though it was already expired. KUDOS to her, unfortunately I do not recall her name.

The sleeper sofas are often of bad quality, so was it here. The sofa does not sleep my two boys 8 and 10 years old. Why they put in so bad sofas must only be that they want to sell you two rooms.

Loved the staff, airport shuttle to get to the Marta, breakfast was great, good restaurants close by, race trac was convenient.

Little bit of black mould in the bathroom - fan wasn’t working in there so makes sense lol. Researched the neighbourhood and the crime stats were slightly frightening because I’m from a small town in Canada lol. But was there Taylor Swift weekend so lots of swifties around so felt ok. Did get honked at by a number of men in vehicles while walking down the sidewalk in daylight so we just didn’t walk at night and it was fine.

I didn't like the airport shuttle back to airport. The man dropped me very far from where I needed to be dropped off and caused a lot of pain for me walking to my groome pick up area.

Staff interaction was great, patient and accommodating at the front desk and the breakfast was attentive and efficient. Hot breakfast is very important to me and it was delicious - protein-packed. The pool was clean and felt great. I bought a sandwich at the bar and it was fresh and tasty.

Fitness room was a bit hot and there were no cups for the water cooler but it was OK.

The staff was extremely helpful, kind, and efficient! The breakfast ladies each morning was so kind to us and did everything to make sure that our experience was pleasant. They were very friendly as well. The hospitality crew was amazing. Whatever we needed they supplied. Passing in hallways as we are on our way, they were always so kind. Awesome staff. Front desk was no different as well. Thank you for a beautiful experience!

Pricing, but we see there were upgrading that was being done so we understand.

Great location for access to the airport with a free shuttle running regularly . Shuttle drivers all very helpful. Nice spacious room and nice breakfast.

We stayed twice here both at the start and end of our trip. Both times we had booked to use the sofa bed with 3 guests in the room. Both times we were provided no bedding or towels for this and had to go and ask them make up the bed ourselves.

My room met my expectations. The breakfast selection was very good. The servers in the breakfast area went the extra mile to ensure that we felt special and the that the breakfast area was very clean and inviting. On check-out DANIEL was very pleasant ,professional and helpful. She was the epitome of what I would expect of an employee of The Hyatt company. Unfortunately, my check-in was just the opposite and I don't remember the agent's name.
