I enjoyed my stay

We were suposed to have a free shuttle service to the airport but when we got onto the shuttle the driver told that us that we had to pay $20.00 if we wanted to go to the international terminal. If this is correct then why does the booking say free shuttle service to and from the airport. I believe the hotel should refund us this money as it does not say this in the booking. We have stayed at other hotels around the same area and we have never had to pay if we needed to go to the international terminal as lots of people are travelling on international flights to Atlanta.

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was great, the room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were nice, and breakfast was perfect. If you're looking for a place to stay close to the airport, this is the hotel for you.

I have absolutely nothing to complain about when it comes to the hotel. But a word of advice when you arrive at the airport: DON'T take a taxi - the driver will rip you off, which is what happened to me. :( Make sure to call the hotel and get a free shuttle to pick you up.

The room was comfortable, clean and the service was great. The lady from the breakfast made a to go breakfast for us at 06:00am so that we could take the shuttle to the airport. And great shuttle service that runs every 30 minutes! Be aware that the free shuttle from the hotel only runs from the domestic terminal. It seemed like that is the case for every hotel. But you can take the airport train (after border security) or an airport shuttle bus to move from the international terminal to the domestic terminal. It's very easy and only takes about 15 minutes:)

The location was in walking distance of many restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel offered shuttle service to the airport. The staff was very nice.

Shuttle service was offered but was not acceptable. The shuttle that picked us up took us to the wrong Country Inn and Suites. The drivers should make sure that the customer is going to the correct location. We were unaware there was a North and South property. We had to pay for a Lyft to the correct hotel. The shuttle driver was late for pick up in the morning and made us nervous about making our flight. Breakfast was not served early enough for us to enjoy.

Very friendly staff and comfortable clean room

We were told there was a free shuttle to the airport but in reality the shuttle only went to the domestic terminal and you had to queue and wait for another shuttle to the international terminal.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a nationwide computer outage affecting check in. The front desk staff explained everything and offered bottled water to everyone waiting. The housekeeping staff were so accommodating. Miss Florence was the best. She stayed a little longer than she planned just to bring me fresh linens and towels. We even remade my bed together. She was so much fun to talk to.

I didn't like how fickle the elevator was. When I finally got checked in and got on the elevator, it got to my floor and the door cracked open. I literally had to pull the door open with my hands and feet. A day later, a friend was helping me bring in a large, heavy case of bottled water. The elevator wasn't working at all. He had to carry that heavy case and other bags of mine up the hot stairwell to the 3rd floor. I felt horrible about that.

The breakfast was amazing and the free hotel shuttle was a blessing. The staff was super friendly. I only stayed for one night as I had an overnight layover and refused to sleep at the airport lol. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was extremely clean( that's a big deal to me). I would definitely stay again.

From first glance it looked fine, but the more I moved around, I noticed that the room wasn't the cleanest. There were a lot of stains on the carpet, dirt and crumbs in areas that you could tell hadn't been swept or vacuumed. There was dust and dirt all along the baseboard. Rust and dirt on shelves that held the microwave and stove. Now this is me noticing everything. Overall it was decent, I would come back just maybe not stay in that particular room🤷🏾‍♀️

Both Front Desk Clerks were simply awesome, friendly, and professional. The entire lobby was very clean and very welcoming, and my check-in and check-out was a breeze, and my receipt was provided. Not to mention, the $1.00 card hold and $104 total (taxes/fees inc) for my one night stay were great, too 🤗!! The gentleman that walked the property was also very friendly, and I appreciated the fact that he was making sure the guests, I included, and our vehicles were safe. The location of your hotel was very close to the metro station, which was a blessing for me to get to the event at the Fox Theater. Also, I liked that it was close to Dt ATL as well and how close restaurants were from the hotel😊. My king suite was excellent, very clean, the temperature of my room was comfortable and the bed was very comfortable 🛌 and I loved the sliding door for the bathroom, and the flat-screen tv was big, lol! I also loved that breakfast was included and it was absolutely wonderful! Kudos to those who prepared breakfast for us guests. Everything was fresh, hot, and delish😋! The next time I visit ATL, I will stay here again👍🏽😊!!

The only thing was the elevator wasn't thoroughly clean on the inside and the limited parking especially at night (safety concerns)👎🏽

I like how the room had a living room area and a bedroom, i allso liked the free breakfast in the mornings. The staff was very nice as well

I didn't like that the sofa chair cushion looked like it had throw up on it and it was just flipped over instead of cleaned. I lifted up the cushion to make sure my 2 year old didn't leave any toys behind and that's when I seen the mess on the bottom side of the cushion. I also didn't like how small the parking lot was, not enough room

We arrived after 10:00 pm and left for the airport on the first morning shuttle around 5:00 am so we were only here for a short time. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Airport shuttle was very convenient. We use the fly and park feature, so we were able to leave our car parked for 14 days. Too early for breakfast. Would stay here again.

Too early for breakfast, but would have loved a cup of coffee.
