Country Inn Suites is located relatively close to Atlanta Airport. Their breakfast, housekeeping and front desk staff were amazing. Miss Anita, Miss Marsha and Miss Ronni. Our overall stay was nice. I'd highly recommend not using their shuttle services.

I didn't like their breakfast selections. Everyone does not eat pork. There should be alternative meat options available. Their swimming pool looked very murky. I didn't appreciate how we were treated by their shuttle drive Detrick (Mr.D.) All due to their never arriving previously when we called. He was hostile, aggressive, and rude. Who threatened to put us on the highway. He told us "if we can't afford to buy a taxi then we do not need to be traveling." Detrick also said he could pay our salaries. He's been driving for 30 years. I do not feel this behavior had been rectified correctly. We weren't offered anything.

I enjoyed my stay

We were suposed to have a free shuttle service to the airport but when we got onto the shuttle the driver told that us that we had to pay $20.00 if we wanted to go to the international terminal. If this is correct then why does the booking say free shuttle service to and from the airport. I believe the hotel should refund us this money as it does not say this in the booking. We have stayed at other hotels around the same area and we have never had to pay if we needed to go to the international terminal as lots of people are travelling on international flights to Atlanta.

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was great, the room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were nice, and breakfast was perfect. If you're looking for a place to stay close to the airport, this is the hotel for you.

I have absolutely nothing to complain about when it comes to the hotel. But a word of advice when you arrive at the airport: DON'T take a taxi - the driver will rip you off, which is what happened to me. :( Make sure to call the hotel and get a free shuttle to pick you up.

The hotel is dated but clean and the staff was absolutely great! Most hotels are filled with millennial grey carpet, tiles, curtains and bright lights. Be prepared for lots of dark brown and deep reds. Think mid 90s. It was close to the airport and quite a few restaurants you could walk to. While I was there there was some incident that required heavy police presence but was handled without any disruption to the hotel. The staff was attentive and very sweet.

The stay was nice, I enjoyed most of it. Most of the staffs I've encountered was nice.

The kitchen staff well one in particular this was on my last day, we went for breakfast and as I'm helping the kids I'm with to make their waffle she came out saying that's it we need move and let the others go. I felt that was very rude and unprofessional. The same way we stood there and waited until it was our turn I felt it should have been the same for everyone. This would be the only reason I wouldn't come back.

The service was great from Mr. Dickerson (I hope I spelled that correctly) who was the shuttle driver, the receptionists, the breakfast ladies and the manager all gave a very warm welcome and the manager said goodbye very affectionately, the night receptionist explained that there was no water in the hotel and that they would fix it before 9:30 and it was true, they let us use the pool while we waited and extended the time a little due to the inconvenience, the morning receptionist was very friendly and asked us how our stay was, which makes you want to come back, the room was comfortable, clean and spacious, the bed was too comfortable after a long trip from Seoul to Atlanta we rested very well

There really isn't anything I didn't like, however there are always areas for improvement. The pool needed to be vacuumed and had trash on the surface. It was clean, but it's important to vacuum it. The rooms are nice, but they require more maintenance; you can see the deterioration. It would be great to have a bathrobe and slippers, as well as complimentary water. Luggage is often delayed, and a bathrobe is appreciated.

The room was comfortable, clean and the service was great. The lady from the breakfast made a to go breakfast for us at 06:00am so that we could take the shuttle to the airport. And great shuttle service that runs every 30 minutes! Be aware that the free shuttle from the hotel only runs from the domestic terminal. It seemed like that is the case for every hotel. But you can take the airport train (after border security) or an airport shuttle bus to move from the international terminal to the domestic terminal. It's very easy and only takes about 15 minutes:)

Very friendly staff and comfortable clean room

We were told there was a free shuttle to the airport but in reality the shuttle only went to the domestic terminal and you had to queue and wait for another shuttle to the international terminal.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a nationwide computer outage affecting check in. The front desk staff explained everything and offered bottled water to everyone waiting. The housekeeping staff were so accommodating. Miss Florence was the best. She stayed a little longer than she planned just to bring me fresh linens and towels. We even remade my bed together. She was so much fun to talk to.

I didn't like how fickle the elevator was. When I finally got checked in and got on the elevator, it got to my floor and the door cracked open. I literally had to pull the door open with my hands and feet. A day later, a friend was helping me bring in a large, heavy case of bottled water. The elevator wasn't working at all. He had to carry that heavy case and other bags of mine up the hot stairwell to the 3rd floor. I felt horrible about that.

The breakfast was amazing and the free hotel shuttle was a blessing. The staff was super friendly. I only stayed for one night as I had an overnight layover and refused to sleep at the airport lol. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was extremely clean( that's a big deal to me). I would definitely stay again.

From first glance it looked fine, but the more I moved around, I noticed that the room wasn't the cleanest. There were a lot of stains on the carpet, dirt and crumbs in areas that you could tell hadn't been swept or vacuumed. There was dust and dirt all along the baseboard. Rust and dirt on shelves that held the microwave and stove. Now this is me noticing everything. Overall it was decent, I would come back just maybe not stay in that particular room🤷🏾‍♀️
