During a recent cancellation of flights with Delta, everyone was scrambling to find hotels to spend the night. Hilton was booked for the night needed but with a flight not available for 2 days I decided to book a room. They told me I could come stay in their lobby, which was very spacious, clean and had AC! They were going to allow those of us who had been up ALL day/night to get into rooms early but until then we were more than welcome to sleep in their lobby. They had an amazing breakfast as well. I never got to spend the night with them due to finding a flight out that same day. They canceled my reservation without charging me as well. Praying I never have a flight canceled again in Atlanta but if I do, I will stay at this friendly place. Thank you all for showing those of us who were stranded what Southern Hospitality is all about!

The aesthetics of the lobby! Bar and dining area is nice. Staff was friendly. Location and parking was great.

Everything was great except the bathroom should have been thoroughly cleaned it had specs of hair in the shower and strings of hair on the floor. Also hairs caught up in one or two of the towels. I really hate that. Otherwise I will still book here again I would just make sure to check the bathrooms

I liked the Young lady who checked us in her name was Morgan B she was amazing she was able to answer all of our questions. All af the staff was pleasant and accommodating

The maid service they didn't clean our room which wasn't really a problem but they could have given us clean towels and tiolet papper.i had to call the front desk and go down a pick it up

My daughter forgot her laptop. Left it in the room. Called the switchboard-reception. I don’t have the man’s name but he was exceptional. He managed to find the laptop and placed it on the shuttle to airport where my daughter waited at the drop off and received the laptop before her flight. Thanks to that man. His actions, politeness and sheer willingness to help were exceptional.

The location, it was clean, the rooms were really nice. Loved the hotel restaurant. The pool and the fire pit..

The should be makeup mirrors in the bathroom. The rooms should be sound proof. There was a party that went on for two days. It literally kept me awake for two days. And I was never able to tune into live tv.

Close to airport. Shuttle was also available. The shuttle driver, Vic was friendly and helped us to get our luggage on board. He was very helpful. He deserves a raise.

There are not enough luggage racks to take luggage to the room . Employees were helpful. The hotel needs more luggage racks for people coming into the hotel at varies hours.

I loved everything about the property. I loved that they had a restaurant/bar inside. I loved the prompt quick staff. I love the quietness of this hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like is you have to pay 14 dollars a night for parking when you stay that’s about all.

very convenient location for us as we were in transit from Europe. The staff was very helpful especially the young lady in the breakfast area, think her name was Tanshia, helpful and had a very infectious smile. room was clean and comfortable. Shuttle driver was also very accommodating. overall a great stay

Only thing was the ice machine on our floor was out of order but found another one on a lower floor.

I absolutely love the staffed at the restaurant. Every one was very attentive and and had exceptional customer service.

The hotel room could have been cleaner hair was left on the toilet and in the sink. There was also a ball that was left behind the chair. The pool was extremely cold as well as the whirlpool.

The elevator was not working when I checked in. The exit door bar on the left side of the building needs to replaced the cover is missing and my suit got caught on it.
