Beautiful hotel, looks clean, newly renovated. Friendly hotel staff. Also, you constantly saw staff walking around to clean the area. Best breakfast options I've ever had at any hotel. I would definitely stay again.

$20 daily parking, expensive food, surprise $100 deposit. They kept asking if you want to put a tab on your room. Found hair on sheets. Lastly, older guy making the omelets was a little rude but overall 9/10.

Front desk staff deserves kudos. I couldn’t get my dress zipped up for my event, and the front desk agent came and assisted me. She was super kind and helpful!

Place seemed brand new. Large room with some amenities that might come in handy when staying a bit longer. The breakfast buffet was good, although the place where you’d have to sit down and eat it was a bit poor. Easy access and a shuttle to the domestic terminal.

Only a shuttle to the domestic terminal. This is mentioned by the hotel if you search really good on their websites, but not very clear. I inquired with the hotel about where the shuttle would run from, but they never replied to messages through the booking.com portal. Would be great if there is the option to let the hotel know you’d be in international terminal and they can make an extra stop there to pick you up if they are not too busy. In the room some sockets didn’t seem to work. Had to move around coffee machine until I found a socket that did work. Also the quality of accessories attached in the bathroom seemed a bit poor as they were hanging loose.

I was disappointed that they false advertised in regards to the airport shuttle. My husband and I only came to the embassy since there was a shuttle to airport as advertised online. When you enter into the lobby there is a sign stating shuttle service starts at 4am. The host also confirmed the shuttle starts promptly at 4am. Once my husband & I came downstairs at 3:50am we were told that the shuttle service doesn’t start until 2pm. I asked the front desk why do you have the sign up still & she couldn’t provide an answer. So they just continued with false advertisement.

The was beautiful, convenient, very clean, and the staff were exceptional. Anything I needed help with was handled professionally, and swiftly.

I had an issue with the door and wasn’t able to get into my originally assigned room. But the situation was handled swiftly. They accommodated me in many ways. I was put in a different room for night, and when I woke up my I had access to my original room. I really appreciated how fast this matter was taken care of. I didn’t miss a beat out of my trip.

Breakfast options were satisfying. There were a lot to choose from. There was a make your own omelet station. The venue is beautiful and clean. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. The bathroom had a nice walk in shower with good water pressure. The television has options for Netflix or Tubi to watch free movies or simple regular shows. The fitness center is great and the machines work well. They have an indoor pool (would have been nice to have a jacuzzi/spa tub there). The front desk agent April was nice and accommodating, helping to get me a room early. She also explained things clearly. They have a reception in the evenings with free drinks as well. This was a nice spot for a short stayover.

I didn't like the paid parking notice that was not previously brought up when I booked for this location ($20 a day is a bit much considering how much they charge you for the rooms). Also, I was charged slightly more than what I confirmed for on my original booking confirmation. The difference wasn't enough to make a fuss but still was more than expected. I didn't like the reception food. The drinks were great. Tried the wine. However, the nuts and chips & salsa every night was unsatisfactory. I would recommend changing it up, maybe adding sliders, or different kind of finger food or appetizer.

Clean and spacious room. 8 minute drive from the airport International Terminal.

Don’t take the free shuttle if you’re landing on and/or flying from the International terminal, since the free shuttle pick up location is at the domestic terminal. You will need to stand in line for the shuttle to domestic terminal (which queue is quite long) and this drive takes about 20-25 minutes and actually passes by Embassy Suites airport North. There you have to wait for the hotel shuttle (took me another 20 min) and this shuttle then drives you back 10 min to the hotel. Save yourself the hassle and time and just take an uber.

Finally proper cutlery, no plastic cups and cutlery. Friendly cook offering freshly baked eggs/omlett. Rooms are spacious and have separate sitting/dining area with a small kitchen - that is good if one wants to work or watch TV and one person is sleeping.

The aircon is blowing directly at the bed - it would be good if the direction could be adjusted. $ 20 for parking is excessive and not justified.One thing which I am missing in most places is a proper coffee machine making Cappuccino etc. Its not complicated - these machines do it for you - and makes a hugh difference for people who like proper coffee.

April and Jada from front desk were awesome. They helped me get an early check in and a great room. Room was clean and spacious. Quiet floor. Nice walk in shower. Fitness center was clean and nice. Breakfast had many options and staff was accommodating. Location is not far from airport. I didn't hear any airport noise. Complimentary drinks at the nightly social by the bar.

I couldn't get any extra towels late at night but not a big issue.

Room layout was great and the size. Liked that there was a microwave and actual somewhat of a kitchen table to sit at along with its own kitchen sink. Liked that it appeared new or renovated. Lobby was beautiful

Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. Didn't seem like there was much insulation between floors. Could hear everything from the people above us. Wish breakfast opened sooner because if you catch a flight at 830 and have to be there 2 hours early you can't ever take advantage of the breakfast.
