Hotel was nice, clean. And big, so plenty of rooms.

Having to pay $22 for parking at a hotel that I just paid over $100 to sleep in for less than 8 hours is absolutely ridiculous! I don’t care what the location is! Paid hotels should provide parking, period!

Amazing staff at 1230am she was amazing! Breakfast was amazing. I was supposed to have passes for breakfast included but they forgot but the front desk figured it out with 15 min left of breakfast. It was rushed but they gave excellent service and were very pleasant. Super comfortable and accomoadating.

That I didn't receive my breakfast passes sooner so we didn't have to rush breakfast. It would have been smoother. Also, somehow I was charged an extra $44 and spent time at the airport on customer service w Sonesta and they told me to call front desk and front desk hung up on me or somehow call was disconnected but they didn't call me back so I complained through booking.com that my rate was more than confirmed. I just got home. I'll have to check if it's been resolved. It's a shame too because I love Sonesta. I'm planning on trying to go to all your locations. So far I've been to 2.

Vicinity. It’s not far from the Airport that’s not a problem But there is nothing around to see. Ok if you have transport your own there are no buses from the hotel Curtisey hotel bus takes to Airport only

Location close to the ATL airport n to the event that I have on that day.

The parking system should just let Lyft or Uber drop n pick up passengers have easy access to get out of parking lots. Also collecting money for room deposit n didn’t collect at exchange amounts. I just found out happened collecting more money for room n deposit n I have requested for the refund till now no news or response from the hotel. I’ll follow up on this hopefully will get my deposit back soon.

I lost heat at my home and needed somewhere close and quick to stay so I called the hotel and spoke to a wonderful young lady named Elizabeth in Night Audit she was so very helpful I booked a room and was in route upon check-in I was greeted by Elizabeth's friendly personality my room was nice, spacious and warm. I ended up staying another night and had to interact with Lameka, you guys are on the ball with having great staff these two ladies made it all worthwhile, Oh!! the shower was amazing just what I needed after a long stressful day. I got dressed and went to the bar and had a drink which was the extent of my stay.

The bathroom was missing a towel rack and the hallways reeked of marijuana, there was a loud party on Saturday loud music, and rowdy people up and down the hall not enough to complain but just enough to annoy me. The marijuana smell was the worst,

I liked the rooms and especially the beds so comfy and cozy. The showerhead is just beyond bath and body works. Last but not least the breakfast bar is soooooo mutherf*****g GOOD OMG... EVERYTHING IS REAL AUTHENTIC BREAKFAST. ..OH YEAH LOVIN THE LATE CHECK OUT THEY DON'T BE TRIPPING AND THE STAFF IS BAD ASS. SHOUT OUT TO MY GIRL MOURISSA AT THE FRONT DESK LATE NIGHT TIP. GOD BLESS EVERYONE AFFILIATED WITH THE SONESTA... I WISH I COULD LIVE THERE FOREVER. I REALLY HOPE THE OWNER, DIRECTOR, PRESIDENT, MANAGER, SUPERVISOR, SEE'S WHAT A BOMB SHELL ASS REVIEW I HONESTLY WROTE WITH GOOD VIBES AND ENERGY AND TAKES WHAT I'VE WROTE SERIOUS ENOUGH AND FEEL MOVED TOUCHED AND HONORED TO BE SO SPOKEN HIGHLY AND RESPECTED OF AND JUST TRY TO FIND ME OR GET IN TOUCH WITH ME OFFER OR REWARD ME THREE DAYS AND TWO NIGHTS FREE BREAKFAST FASHO CAN'T LEAVE THAT OUT .. Absolutely 💯🤗...

I liked that it was close to restaurants and the airport.

The only thing I didn't like is the smell from the carpet . Smelled alittle like mildew.

The employees were very helpful and attentive to the guest.

I stayed at this hotel 2 weekends in a row, and the toilet had the same stain on it as the first time I stayed in the room the weekend before. Anytime I stay there it's because I have to work close by. I am a mobile bartender and this hotel is literally 15 minutes from my job.

The room was clean and the staff was amazing very helpful, very friendly . The airport is literally a five minute free shuttle ride which is amazing we love that for us. The pool was nice but could of been cleaner and fixed up a little nicer we saw a water bug a huge one by the pool and it flew, so Mother Nature could of just been messing with us that day . Had everyone running and screaming 😱 other than that, a great stay ! I would recommend
