bathroom not as clean as it should have been

The room was clean and stocked with full sized Dove care products. The breakfast was good and was stocked throughout breakfast time. The staff are very friendly. Location is about a 5 minute drive away from a “park and ride” Marta station. The hotel also offers shuttles to the airport.

My room along with many others’ we’re not ready at check in time (3pm) due to massive bookings. There were three big events happening that weekend so it’s to be expected. Had to wait an extra 1.5 hours to check in. The staff did the best they could and still made up for it with their quality of customer service

It's not a modern hotel but it was clean, both the hotel areas and our room too. They have Dove toiletries in the bathroom which were good. Large tv in the room and shower over a small bath. The complimentary breakfast had cereals, omelette, sausages, bacon, warm soft biscuits and gravy (meat based) to go with the biscuits. There were pastries, breads for toasting, pancakes, fruits, yoghurt, boiled eggs, fruit juices and of course, tea and coffee. There is plenty of choice to fill you up on. There's a pool with sun chairs around it, which we sat on, but left the pool to the children to play in. And the small gym had some basic equipment to be able to do some decent exercise on. It's basic but it's perfectly OK. Location- great for the airport. The free shuttle runs every 30 mins and it takes 5 to 10 mins depending on traffic/ time of day Locally, there are lots of places to eat for dinner. I recommend a delightful, non chain restaurant called Zubi about 3 min walk away which sells the best tacos ever. The restaurant next door La Fiesta, was busy , we had a drink in there, the medium sized margarita was huge and great value at $15. BUT definitely eat at Zubi if you're at the hotel on an evening.

The pool water looked like it could be cleaner but adults and kids were still going into it so it couldn't have been that bad

The room was very clean and very modern in terms of its furniture and accessories. I really appreciated the hard floors instead of carpeting, and the climate was perfect and needed no adjustment. I felt at home immediately upon entering the room, which is a first for any hotel I've stayed in before. The to-go bag in the early morning was much appreciated, as I had to leave before breakfast was available and I was really thankful to have some food in my system before I had to get back on a plane.

The shower pressure was a little on the light side, and the body wash bottle hadn't been filled up and just about ran out. As we were only staying there for one night it worked out in the end.

Good breakfast, generally comfortable bed, and AJ at check-in was excellent all around. The staff (AJ) was excellent and helpful with all requests and needs. He was professional, kind, and patient despite my frustration and impatience.

The pet "friendly" rating on Booking.com did not disclose that there was a $75 pet fee per night. I would not have booked this room if that had been clear. As also happens with Booking.com rooms, sometimes the establishment provides rooms they know are substandard. The first room reeked of cigarette smoke--there was even an ozone machine in the room. We were moved to a better room though the window shade was broken and there was some kind of candle wax on the floor.

Staff was friendly and professional, the breakfast was awesome. I enjoyed my stay would stay again.

One thing I did not like was the housekeeping coming in my room way before check out time. She knocked very quietly before I could get to the door to answer she was using her key to enter my room. At the time my husband was naked about to get in the shower and I was half way dressed. I was in shocked because it was only 945 ish check out is at 11 am . She responded to me tell me oh I start work at 8 am as to say she did nothing wrong. I called the front desk to alert this behavior. If I was down stairs eating breakfast this person would have been in my room. It was not a nice feeling. Housekeeping should come to your room after you have checked out or gone not during your stay.

We were extremely pleased and blessed by the shuttle driver who took us directly to our rental car pick up center instead of the airport where we would have had to navigate it for ourselves. As seniors who don’t travel much, the extra service was very much appreciated. That extra touch was above and beyond expectations and very much smoothed the trip for us. THANK YOU. Breakfast was okay, but not as good as we expected.

Good variety at Breakfast. Front desk clerk -AJ- was very personable and fun to speak to. Beds were comfortable & facility was clean. A plus, was also the variety of nearby restaurants.

AC could have been cooler. I don’t like that almost all hotels are regulated to 70. Optimal sleeping temp is 66 and that is what I am used to at home. Plus - I am an older woman and most women over 50 appreciate that lower temp at night.

We liked everything. Staff was welcoming and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. The entire facility had been renovated and everything was like new. We especially appreciate hotels with hard flooring vs carpet, which this hotel has. In the morning we enjoyed the hot breakfast and other offerings. I met Cheba who is in charge of the kitchen services and let her know how much we appreciated having such a wonderful experience at the hotel, and she was so pleased to hear. It was obvious how much pride she has in her work at her hotel, and that everyone works together as a cohesive team. Thank you Holiday Inn Staff. Keep up the great work.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The shuttle service was convenient and well-organized, making my arrival stress-free. The reception staff were polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions I had. One thing I really appreciated was that after checkout, they allowed me to wait in the lobby for a while, which was a kind gesture that made my travel plans much smoother. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and overall, I had a very pleasant stay. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and friendly place to stay!
