Had to fly out before the breakfast, I've heard great things though and the menu of previous days looked good. The Lady at the front desk, Tonne was her name(?Spelling?) She was Most Helpful, & worked great with us, because we checked in late. Shuttle service was spot on!! Nice gentleman, also...

They are upgrading, THAT'S a Good thing. Just some minor inconveniences, pool was out, rooms may be dated for the arrogant type of folk( you know who you are, lol) But if your patient and understanding, you well have a great stay...

The staff was very hospitable and helpful. Our room was newly renovated. It was clean and comfortable as well as the rest of the facilities. We appreciated the breakfast every morning. We also made good use of the gym. It was pretty quiet at night. Good value for the money. Plenty of good places to eat nearby.

This has nothing to do with the hotel or staff because there is ample signage reminding guests that this is a smoke free hotel. There was quite a bit of smoking especially on the weekend going on. Our floor was filled with marijuana smoke on the weekend. That may have just happened the weekend of our stay.

When booking through a 3rd party Best Western is inconsistent re giving rewars points to their members. Even through 3rd parties customers have choices so why not give customers those points, is it really such a big deal. The gal on duty in the evening put the rewards in, gave us the rewars welcome package but the young fellow in the AM who checked us out said the procedure was otherwise and REMOVED our rewards memberships number. AsPleasant as he wad I thought that was inconsistent and unfair. Best Western needs to be more consistent and customer accommodating.

The staff here were very friendly. We forgot to take our coat with us when we left the room but fortunately Clayton and the team retrieved it for us and kept it safe for our return trip to the airport. Thank you so much!

Older gentleman on the front desk was superb, so helpful. Room was a wonderful size, very comfortable. And it's amenities were great. Good breakfast.

Would suggest a hook be fitted to the back of the bathroom door, would make the room about perfect. Both the dryers in the laundry weren't working, when laundry was a factor in choosing the hotel, and the laundry equipment in total needs an upgrade. Since the hotel was being updated, I assume this will be happening?

Couldn't stand on balcony. Pool closed too early. Bed was very hard

The place was clean despite the announcement of construction. The only thing we saw was outside equipment and the elevator door opened on a floor the crew was working on but they kindly did not get in with me. I was very impressed!! The breakfast I give a 15/10 to the crew. I use a fresh lemon everyday and at breakfast they had a bowl of fresh lemons and avocados. I was shocked, never seen this before but was thrilled!! Way to go!!! You made my day!!!!

The neighborhood was a bit rough but I didn’t feel unsafe.

This was our family's first time to Atlanta and the first day checking in we were greeted with a warm and welcoming young lady named Alexis. She was very helpful and helped us get settled in. She was very knowledgeable about the Hotel and helped us so much on this trip it was truly a highlight. And Mauriece was an added bonus. We absolutely will be booking here again!!

The gentleman who checked us in at 1 AM on July 22 was wonderful! It had been a day of confusion at the airport. He was calm, reassuring, and got us checked in quickly. I don’t remember his name because I was so tired! But he greeted us with a smile when we woke up to catch the shuttle a few hours later. Give that man a raise! He was wonderful to us.

A bit noisy due to proximity of highway and a venue playing music until late. We slept anyway.

Nice standard hotel, with the expected facilities and prestations.

The airport shuttle almost gave us a heart attack. Was supposedly coming as soon as we asked, I even specified the time at the front desk when checking in the day before and before going to breakfast the day of check-out. The shuttle took 55 minutes arriving at pick us up (and then there's the trip itself), with the front desk guy at first doing nothing, and then when I became insistent calling the driver to ask where he was but not telling me anything about it afterwards. Thank goodness we had taken extra time in case this happened, but still. Stressful and frustrating, would not recommend this hotel if you want a stress-free stay close to the airport.
