Having to pay for parking.

Rooms are VERY comfortable and big! Many power outlets available (extremely useful). Very well selected furniture for the room. Staff was great (whoever was on night shift, let me congratulate you on resolving a very hard matter!)

I really liked the hotel, but the guests...well...I think they "punish" and eventually bias this property. You can actually smell "non-tabacco odor" from the elevator all the way to the hallways. Luckily, my room was perfect on cleanliness. I understand this is very difficult to prevent, but perhaps some hard fines for bad behaviors could help.

The experience was wonderful and the room was great. I have been there a few times and i have enjoyed each stay .

me and my spouse ordered from the kitchen and went down and got our food and we were not satisfied with the food. I am definitely going to get food before we go or get door dash instead of ordering from the hotel.

Breakfast, wasn't available and always has been this year when I stayed before. That was disappointing. I was able to get the last cup off coffee before I left at least.

I didn't like that there was no breakfast served. I was offered a paper bag with two granola bars and an apple. I paid for breakfast as it had been previously available,i.e. cereal, oatmeal, 2 kinds of juice, coffee, milk, waffles, bagels, etc. I felt jipped.

Was in there far away from my events the value and quality of the hotel was okay staff was friendly and helpful

There was an aggravating dog next door that it's owner kept leaving an occupied and it had separation anxiety and was barking out of control all through my first night and woke me up out of my sleep the first morning of my stay the hotel stated that they were going to do some conversation but I don't know if it was done I don't think it's it was done I hate when people say they're going to do things and don't follow through on it!

The location was great, my husband and I love watching the planes take off and land. It was very clean and peaceful. The staff was amazing, especially Rebecca!!! But the entire staff was very nice, including the staff that cleans the rooms. We are definitely going to book again, and we would highly recommend others to come and stay as well. Oh and before I forget…that Executive Suite was everything, my husband didn’t want to leave after that😂

Location is right off the interstate, friendly, eager to help & professional staff. Love the fact that I was able to switch rooms with ease, no blowout given, or explanation needed. The beds were soft and everything worked that was a plus

I didn't like they didn't have much parking but that was manageable and nothing to blow a gasket over

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Close to the airport. Parking fee was reasonable. The room was huge. The TV was huge.

No grocery store or convenient store in walking distance. No breakfast option. And they are still remodeling 2 floors. No view on the back side of the hotel.

I liked the spaciousness of the room and location for travel to airport. Can't say more about the area as I was only there overnight.

I did not like that it was $100 incidental fee for 1 night. I had just left a sister hotel who only took $25 for 8 nights. I also woke up to the smell of cigarettes smoke on my floor. Wasn't aware that it was a smoking hotel. I could not report it as there was no one at the desk when I checked out early.

Everything has been amazing thus far. The staff is awesome Rebecca and Ronald in particular. I left for a day in an Airbnb and came right back to this sanctuary as I feel comfortable and protected here. My service dog is welcomed and happy ;-). I may be extending my stay as it almost feels like family here and I work remotely so this is a perfect fit for me as I recover physically and mentally… namaste 🙏👌👌👌

Easily accessible, nice grounds. 24 hr staff and delicious breakfast.
