That the desk clerk finally (wasn't willing at first) worked with my arrival time like they promised.

Could have put a little more effort into breakfast, was disappointed that I couldn't take my breakfast to the room.

Location. Property gated. Parking lot needs some asphalt repair in certain areas. Entering the lobby felt welcoming; nicely decorated. The breakfast area clean and decorative. Variety of breakfast choices at a glance. The layout from the lobby to the breakfast area is a nice flow. Room had a stuffy smell upon entering but clean. Bed comfortable. Room decorated nicely. Cozy.

Noisy at times of guest leaving and entering. On 10/31/24 Thursday upon approaching service desk female attendant was on her cell phone texting and I was asked to wait before being assisted. This was not acceptable. Sunday morning 11/3/24 upon checking out the same female attendant was on her cell phone. I informed her I was checking out and passed her the entry room cards. I expected her to give me the checkout invoice however I had to ask for it.

The front desk had no problem with us checking in early, which really helped us out because we got to Atlanta too early and it was very cold outside. The exterior was nice and clean. The lobby was also clean and nice. The elevator was very convenient to the front lobby and it smelled good, which is a rarity for Atlanta LOL. Down the hall to our room was nice, clean. Our room was so much better than we were expecting. It was like a brand new hotel. My family and I are very happy and we would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I could possibly complain about was that one of the juices ran out from breakfast. And that's really not worth mentioning but it's the only thing I can think of I didn't like.

For a two star hotel, I was pleased with the large room, the microwave and mini fridge. The room was not noisy and the staff friendly and informative.

When I arrived at the hotel someone warned me not to go out and try and find a place to eat at night, as it was not safe. They suggested that I order food to be delivered to the hotel. The hotel had a lot of menus from different nearby restaurants but I didn't want a big meal, so I ended up getting my dinner from the vending machine in the hotel: cup o noodles, cheese, crackers, and Doritos.

Cleaning staff were friendly and kind.

They replaced the Bible with a book on Hinduism. The Gideon Bible is provided at no cost hotels. In addition, approximately 63% of the United States follow the Christian faith compared with 1% of Hinduism. I know it’s the prerogative of the hotel owner. If the majority of the hotel guests follows the Hindu faith it would make sense, but such is not the case. It came to my knowledge in Easter Sunday in the my Christian faith.

Location was excellent. Area was clean and neat. Selection of food was good. May I suggest adding oatmeal to the menu? The breakfast attendant did not know what oatmeal is.

I asked for 2 wash clothes one evening and was told no because they only give 2 in the morning per room. This was very disappointing 😞 Friendly workers who cleaned the room and at the breakfast area.

The Motel itself was rather plain, but my room was very clean, well furnished and very comfortable. The person in reception was very helpful, knowledgeable about area and friendly. She gave me tips for where I could probably find a sturdy carrier bag for my flight the next day. She knew a lot about places to eat nearby. She was just helpful in many ways. The breakfast room was clean, maybe a little spartan, but I enjoyed the waffle maker. The yogurt and boiled eggs were nourishing. The coffee and fruit juices were good.

The hotel was situated to benefit from its nearness to Atlanta Hartsfield airport and its shuttle bus was a big plus. But this area of Atlanta was not particularly beautiful. It was useful, as far as convenience stores, fast food places, motels and strip shopping places, but not a particularly lovely or exciting place to be. Great for its convenience to the airport though.

Good location, quiet, comfortable and clean linens. The check in process was easy

Despite being a smoke-free establishment, there was a pretty pungent smoke smell that started to give me a headache after awhile. There were no hot food options for breakfast except for a waffle maker.

Friendly staff, shuttle every 30 minutes, price, closeness to the airport, breakfast, clean, quiet location, restaurants nearby.

There was a bit of smell from the carpet, aircon was noisy. Overall, we liked our stay and would be happy to stay there again.

The location was great. Close to the tram and in the French Quarter. Nice pool, helpful staff, very clean. Loved having a kitchen as it saved us some money by cooking

We moved rooms for the last two days of the stay, and the kitchen didn't have any salt and pepper in the second apartment. Not a big deal, though
