Breakfast was good. Rooms and room facilities were very good (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, safe). Main problem was the absence of a restaurant. However, shuttle bus was available to go to the sister hotel nearby were there is a restaurant. However that was not used. Hotel shuttle was not used either to go or come from the airport.

The absence of hot meals for lunch or dinner. Salads and sandwiches were available from the pantry. The location is good for the airport transfers. However there is nothing else within a 10 min walking distance near the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable!

Hotel great for overnight stopover at Atlanta. Breakfast great. Room nice and bed comfy.

Airport shuttle was a bit of a problem as queue for shuttle from international to domestic was huge so took us an hour to get to domestic terminal then waited 30 mins for hotel shuttle but didn’t arrive do ended up getting a taxi. Bus on time in morning but when we got to the domestic terminal the queue was again very long for transfer to international terminal so ended up getting another taxi.

Perfect for a one-night layover. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and very quiet.

I wish there was a hotel shuttle offered from the International terminal to the hotel. The queues for the general airport shuttle between International and Domestic terminals were long and you had to wait outside in the freezing cold. A breakfast option (even just a coffee and muffin) for guests leaving in the early morning (5am) would increase the overall rating from good to excellent.

A comfortable location near the domestic terminal. Easy check-in process is nice when you arrive late. Room large and comfortable beds. Good hot breakfast available really early, nice when you have to leave early.

Airport shuttle a bit too small. Couldn't take the whole group and we were very cramped. 4 people were left behind, don't know if they have a second shuttle at the same time.

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities I needed. The proximity to the airport was also favourable for me, making my arrival and departure smooth. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay!

The breakfast was decent, but I felt it could have been better. While there were some good options, the variety was a bit limited.

The breakfast was great. Not just carbs. Arleen, the breakfast host greeted everyone with a welcome morning smile and was quick to help patrons with anything they might need, even though it is a self serve buffet breakfast.

That the hotel does not have walk-in showers. There was no place to hang a towel near the bath tub.

The front desk attendant was very friendly... signed me up for IHG reqards. The room felt and smelled cleaned. The space was just right for my family of 5 for 1 night. Breakfast was great! Plently of variety and breakfast team was also very friendly!

Space is a little small for a large family. Not a lot of "running" room for a busy toddler. Lol

Had shuttle to airport, room was clean and comfortable, beds were really nice. Driver was courteous and helpful- helped point us in the right direction. Front desk staff was able to accommodate us when we showed up 1/2 hour early.

One elevator was down, but rarely had to wait to get one, so not a big problem.

Great location for the airport. Room was clean and a good size with two large beds which were very confortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful at check in and breakfast. Large car park with plenty of space to park and seemed like a nice quiet area though we only stayed here for one night after our flight.

Nothing much. The bathroom was a little small. Breakfast wasn’t hugely varied but still nice.
