The amenities were great, food was fantastic, (restaurant and bar were HIGHLY understaffed though) and the staff was very pleasant.

I was just a little disappointed in the room. I felt it did not meet my expectations of a Marriot room. The beds were advertised as two Queens. The beds in the room were not queens, they were much smaller than expected. They were very comfortable, I just didn't like the misleading advertising. No microwave in room - for price of room I should not have to walk the plank to heat up my coffee. Also - the lighting in the room was awful - very dim even with every light on.

This hotel is amazing and even though you're close to the airport, you rarely hear the airplanes coming in..the hotel is beautiful and quiet. The staff was extremely nice and hospitable especially Miss Helen!! The rooms are a nice size, a beautiful bathroom with fluorescent lighting, comes with a fridge, there is no microwave in the room but there is one near the ice and soda machines on each floor..And they also have shuttle service to and from the airport..I definitely would stay there again!!

The room was comfortable and clean.

I didn't like the way the receptionist treated us. She was rude and didn't give important information such as the time of breakfast or any other information. She just gave us the keys and didn't say anything. Usually when I stay in hotels, they hand the keys in and give all the necessary information. Also, she didn't smile at all. She seemed to be fed up of her Job. In another situation, we went to the restaurant: Voya Sushi Bar, and the lady who attended us had an accent that was very difficult to understand.

Very nice and clean room, amenities, and restaurant. Starbucks coffee inside the hotel.

Location is far from the international airport if you are in transit, you’ll need between 10mn and 20mn drive. I am not sure there is a better option though. There was no shuttle from the international terminal and we had to take the sky train to change terminal, but it was not working at the time. We had to take a taxi for 40$, and it was 50$ the next day to come back to the terminal from the hotel.

Close to airport and very easy to check in, comfortable. For those travelling from/to international terminal - sky train and bus shuttle both free and quick to domestic (sky train fastest) then hotel shuttle very regular. I was then able to check in through the domestic terminal which made travel in the morning very quick and easy.

Feels overpriced especially as breakfast wasn't included but assume you pay for location

Nothing arround. Expected a good breakfast included for that price. Incredible for me, the parking charge for the guests/customers who selected the hotel. I mean…. no any courtesy for the guests. A apple, more water, breakfast, maybe transportation to other restaurant areas. The water and your key…. like in the army.

The property was close to the airport, which was perfect for a 1-night layover. Shuttle service to and from the airport worked out wonderfully. Facilities were clean and comfortable. On-site restaurant had good food and was very convenient. All of the staff were warm and welcoming. An all-around good value!

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Frequent shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We took the airport train from the airport initially to the car rental terminal, the to the hotel for the night. On our return trip we returned the car, train back to the airport domestic terminal for the shuttle to the hotel again for the night. Great little restaurant, with a nice steak house also.

The property walls in my room had bubble at the bottom of the wall. I wasn’t sure what that was about. But I book here just to sleep and be close to the airport. I did like that there is a Family Dollar a mile up the road. So you can go and purchase all the snacks and drinks you want instead of paying $13 for one drink.

Everybody on the staff was welcoming and warm and helpful from the minute we checked in. I thought the prices in the bistro were fair, and the room was quiet and comfortable on the first floor.

I didn’t like that they retained a deposit on my American Express card. I booked with Booking.com, and I have not had this happen before. My credit card should be guarantee enough that I’m not going to walk out on room charges.
