The only thing I had the problem was with. No laundry facility or other amenities. Wasn't available and hate to say it, but it's pretty much becoming a bit of a inconvenience

employees were very nice and polite and made sure my payment went through when a issue came about with my reservation.

there were certain this in the room that wasn’t fully secured like the mirror closet doors screws weren’t tight that way the handles weren’t functional, the toilet water nozzle was leaking and smoke detector was in a drawer with no battery in it.

I love how housekeeping clean my room while I was still there and all my stuff was still in the same place

the room booked was with breakfast but they did not serve and provide breakfast. So it's a bit misleading.

The property was decent, got a better price deal.

I did not like the tea/coffee maker, as the maker was not working. This should be improved. Also, they should put a small/medium water bottle in the room so that travelers do not find difficulty initially after their long travel.

Hotel is undergoing renovations but is priced appropriately. The airport shuttle service is very good and a reason to stay here on its own.

The neighbourhood does not pedestrian crossings to some of the restaurants on the other side of a busy road.

The booking.com website said it offered shuttles and included breakfast. Which why we chose this hotel, but it had neither.

This hotel always does me justice. It’s surrounded by a lot of stores and food places. That was really convenient. My room is always clean & fixed up nice.

Location was close to airport! The staff was very friendly and the checkin and checkout process was quick and easy! The property itself and room was both clean
