The staff were so nice and the lobby was beautiful, welcoming and comfortable. My son was happy with the waffles and loved their pancake machine. I am allergic to a lot of things and vegan and the cook was very sweet trying to figure out what they had to accommodate me. My room was clean and comfortable. There are Rivian charging stations in the parking lot and you can walk there from the skytram.

They need a second waffle machine.

The breakfast was exceptional.

The Wi-Fi did not stay connected on the second day.

Excellent location. I drove from NC, but if you're flying in to Atlanta this is an excellent location as it's right next to the airport. For those traveling to watch the Atlanta Dream, you can walk to Gateway Center Arena and save yourself $15 for parking. The staff was super friendly and valet was super efficient at their job and getting my vehicle in a timely manner. There is a restaurant on site and lots of restaurants if you're looking for fast delivery from one of the many delivery services available. I also went to an Atlanta Braves game and it's about a 30 minute drive depending on traffic. Overall an excellent location and would highly recommend.

Roderick was and the rest of the staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly! We really like a Euro styled room which is just what this was. The price was very reasonable, and I hope it stays that way! We went to the Brew place downstairs and had a drink which was convenient. We didn't eat there and had to leave before breakfast started for an early morning flight so I can't comment on the food at either the Brew place or the breakfast at the hotel. The location was great, with easy access to the Sky Train. We'll definitely be back!

The ambiance of the Brew place was a bit sterile and felt more like a Subway or McDonalds. It could use better lighting, and nicer tables/chairs and decor. I think the food was probably good, but we didn't want to eat here because we wanted more of a date night experience, so we walked down the street to a different restaurant.

It’s advertised as accessible via sky train but that’s only from the domestic terminal from the international terminal you need to catch a free bus to domestic terminal then catch the sky train which is very easy but just allow extra time for bus connection, when exiting the sky train the hotel isn’t sign posted like a lot of other hotels in area just walk out onto pavement and look left you will see the sign for Tru by Hilton.

the location is 5 mins walk to the sky train which is very convenient; the hotel room that we booked is spacious, bright, and clean. we stayed at the hotel on our last night of our stay in atlanta. we chose this hotel bec we have an early morning flight (6am). what we did is i dropped my family and our luggage at the hotel, then returned the car to national (college park), and returned to the hotel via sky train.

Stayed for a one night layover. It's a bus ride from international to domestic and then 2 mins ok the skytrain. Its not that obvious where it is when you exit the skytrain in the middle of the night but just ask any other hotel reception to point you in the right direction. It's 3 min walk. Longer and you made a mistake. Breakfast was spot on with breakfast muffins, omelette, potatoes, sausages, pancakes, waffles, Yoghurt, granola etc. Great shower, very comfy beds and super clean.

Not well sign posted and didn't realise the train only goes from domestic when we landed at international. Allow 30 mins for bus, more if there's a queue. But it's efficient and the best option we could find for value.

I was there for a training for several days. There were about 28 of us - and the hotel and staff accommodated us so incredibly well. One of our assignments was each group had an hour to choreograph a dance and convince four people to dance with us - and we were able to get the staff to join us. It was so much fun. All of the staff were so warm and inviting and really made our stay feel personal.

The property was very clen and the staff from the valet parking to the housekeeping was WONDERFUL! Check in was seamless. The only thing that I really didn't care for is the breakfast- everything was precooked except the cereal, pancakes and waffles. At a hotel like that it would be great to have more options. Ex. Hot Grits, biscuits, etc.

This property was AMAZING!! The staff was also amazing!! All of the other reviews I’ve read about other hotels in Atlanta always mentioned that staff wasn’t friendly, etc, but here at Tru by Hilton, the staff was HIGHLY professional, extremely kind, and definitely went above & beyond to make sure our stay was a great experience! Now I must say, I wasn’t aware of the strict valet of $28 a night, but God made a way & it was overall nice to have my vehicle waiting outside the front door of the hotel and all I had to do was hop in and drive. However, I do feel there should be an option to find your own parking yourself to avoid the fee if someone wants to book the hotel, but absolutely cannot afford valet. Don’t even get me started on the breakfast! The breakfast was nothing short of Amazing!!! From the automatic pancake maker and their waffle maker, all different types of options, & they even had gummy bears, gummy worms, and Reece’s pieces out every morning and my kids loved that! The room was very clean AND very comfortable! I loved that I was greeted with my name on the TV inside of the room on the first night. Made me feel very special as I didn’t expect it. I will definitely book with them again!
