Staff and valet were all friendly. Updated and clean environment.

I don’t like you have a park valet. While they were nice and did a great job there were a couple of times we were only at the hotel for an hour then had to wait for a our car. They were as fast as they could be. It just gets busy.

The front desk staff was AMAZING! The valet Staff was AMAZING!! The room was so comfortable and spacious. Everything was accessible to us.

The breakfast. The selections did not match the hotel. I was thinking more like a breakfast with grits and eggs. It seemed as though the food was processed - frozen. The patty sausage was hard and the omelets were not good at all. The hotel is beautiful but the breakfast was disappointing.

The valet and front desk staff were amazing. They were all very kind. Even housekeeping was nice.

Weekend breakfast was great. Monday breakfast was OK. They start shutting down the stations about 25 minutes too early. That's kind of rude.

We chose Home2Suites for its location to the airport. We needed a room for one night on both ends of a long trip. So glad we chose this hotel. Staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. Gave us very good information for getting to the international terminal without hassle (recommend taking an uber from the hotel, you can sky train to domestic and wait for international shuttle, but it can be 30+minute wait). Rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. We did not avail ourselves of the included breakfast, but looked like a wide variety of options were available.

There is nothing about the hotel we did not like.

Our connecting flight was the next day, this hotel was so convenient as we could ride the Sky Train back and forth to the airport. The room was quiet! We did not hear planes taking off and landing like has happened to us at other ATL airport hotels. The personnel were very friendly and the breakfast included hot items as well as pasteries and cereals. The neighborhood was clean and attractive. We felt safe walking to a nearby hotel for supper.

If I could, I would choose this hotel any time I had to drive up to Atlanta a day ahead of time for an early flight or if I missed a connecting flight. I'm just afraid it might get too expensive for someone who is not a "business traveller" and has to pay their own way.

I was traveling with a 9 month old. The room was great, it had plenty of space to set up the travel crib, it had a curtain that divided the room in half and cut down on extra light. It also had a sink and soap so I could wash bottles, and a fridge with a freezer. Downstairs they had an area to always grab coffee or hot tea, and I could easily get hot water to make formula. Breakfast was great, and we were super close to the airport.

The pillows had no structure at all, it was like the pillow wasn't even there, as soon as I put my head down it went all the way through. I also wasn't happy about the requirement to use their valet parking, it wasn't optional.

The hotel is very close to the skytrain and easy to get to. Also, the room was big and very comfortable.

I come from Japan where customer service is top notch, so I was disappointed when the staff who checked me in just provided the key to the room and sent me on my way. The person didn’t provide any information about amenities or services at the hotel, time for breakfast or that it was included in my booking, no information about how to access wifi, just nothing.

We had an event at the Convention Center, so being directly across the street from the vendor load in/pack out area of the center was perfect. We could walk if we wanted to or if we needed to run back to the room for something, it was 3 minutes walking distance away. The cleanliness and size of the room was perfect for the 3 of us. There was a privacy curtain separating the seating area/sofa bed from the king size bed and the TV was in between both areas so even with the curtain closed, we could easily watch TV from both directions. Even though we were right at the airport, it was still quiet. The area is good, you're within a few minutes of restaurants and stores. The staff were exceptional. Breakfast was delicious and you had different options each day. Coffee is provided for free all day long, there is fresh fruit infused water also provided at all times in the lobby. Upon check-in, we received a gift bag with 2 bottled waters and a pack of cookies. There's so much good about this place, I could go on and on. Definitely will be staying here again.

Having to pay for parking - I did not know that until I got to the hotel and went to check in. I don't care for valet parking - they plundered in our vehicle or at least they moved a couple things around, however they were quick to retrieve it when we requested it via text. We were charged 3x for parking for 2 nights, but they refunded the 3rd charge.

The location is unbeatable , and the staff were very friendly and welcoming especially considering we had been experiencing a stressful travel day-the room was so comfortable and roomy=loved the full sized fridge-

There was not anything that I did not like about this location. I truly appreciated that they were so available and helpful during a difficult travel time

Proximity to airport but being insulated from airport noise. Cleanliness and how spacious the rooms were.

Requirement for valet or paid parking. Should be free if you are staying at location. I'd reserved a rental car so I had flexibility to come and go as needed but canceled when I discovered I had to pay nearly $40 to park at hotel.
