Super clean and comfortable hotel. Located close to the skytrain. Ignore other reviews saying it’s far. They just didn’t use google maps. It’s about a 5 min walk and they’ll pick you up from the tram if requested however be aware their shuttle is a small car.

Staff. So this is mixed. The bar and restaurant staff were top notch. The front desk staff seemed very disinterested and a bit cold. If I could do just one recommendation it would be to provide a shuttle to the international terminal. That would be the cherry on the top since it is so challenging to get to the domestic the. Catch a bus.

It was so quiet, comfortable, and clean. The location is incredibly practical after a long flight. We needed a place to rest before hitting the road after 13 hours of air travel. Perfect! The staff in both the restaurant and reception is very welcoming and nice. We immediately booked again for the night before our return journey after such a pleasant stay.

I was quite limited in what I could order from the dinner menu as a vegetarian, but what I ate was delicious (flatbread and a modified salad). It might also be nice to label the breakfast items in a bit more detail with allergens and/or meat content. I accidentally ate quiche with what appeared to be pork. It's not a huge deal for me personally as not eating meat is simply a preference, but it might be for someone who doesn't eat meat on religious grounds. There were otherwise lots of very nice vegetarian options for breakfast, so still very happy overall!

The only reason I say it did not meet all of our expectations was that the free airport transfer provided is not really what we expected as you have to take a bus shuttle to the domestic airport terminal which took us almost an hour as they were VERY busy upon our arrival, and then one must take the airport skytrain to the next stop and walk 2 blocks with luggage to the hotel. In the end, it took us almost two hours to get to the hotel after clearing customs. We only had time to get a quick sleep as we got up extra early to get back to the international terminal for our next flight.

I had no time to enjoy the breakfst. The timing: 07:00-10:30 was not convenient in relation with my flight. The food in the restaurant was very simple, but for 1 night OK.

There was a small group of guests in the lounge/restaurant talking and laughing all evening very loudly. Staff did not intervene. I could imagine why, seeing these guys. And so much staff was not around. The price for one glass of red wine, USD 17.00 is exorbitant, given that a bottle of the presented wine will cost no more than USD 5.00 in my opinion. Luckily the lady gave a well filled up glass.

The hotel is at the gateway is close to the Skytrain station and the hotel runs a 24/7 shuttle. The hotel is set up for business travel. Being so close to the airport, you would expect noise, but the rooms are almost silent (outside noice). Parking is ample.

Not really a family friendly hotel, but acceptable for night before/after flight. The hotel is frequented by mostly single, business travelers. And fair warning, there is no Coke available (come on! this is Atlanta!).

Staff were great and very helpful, room was very nice and the hotel was close to the event i attended for 3days. Im very grateful for the time I got to spend there. Thank you 🙏🏻 😊

The only thing I didn't like was the burger meal I had on the 1st night I flew in as it was too over seasoned with salt and I couldn't eat it.

Great hotel near the airport. The room was very modern and clean. The breakfast was well stocked. Check out at the front desk if it's included on your reservation. Mine was supposed to be included ($0.10 per day per person according to Booking) but the hotel didn't honor it.

I refuse to pay it and now I have to talk to the manager to sort it out. The shampoo and body wash was clearly selected by a man or thinking on a male customer, because they smell like aftershave. I went out smelling like my husband.

Loved everything

Front desk staff wasn't welcoming at all. Felt as if I was getting on the man's nerves. He was very short when I asked him questions and seemed as if he just wanted me to go away. This was also the attitude of the young lady that I had to ask for a place to get an early morning coffee. I have to say the staff that came in at 7 and for the rest of my stay was amazing and very welcoming. Made up for the poor treatment I started off with.

The hotel was really quiet with no noise from the many planes overhead. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable, we enjoyed a great night's sleep!

Location was near the domestic terminal in Atlanta so a shuttle bus from the international terminal followed by use of the Skytrain monorail and pick up and drop off by a hotel taxi was needed.

Rooms were very clean. Bed was super comfortable.

The fragrance in the lobby area gave me a headache every time we walked through. I tend to be sensitive to a few smells. We came downstairs to eat, and I was down there long enough that it turned in a migraine. The $17 burger was absolutely disgusting. It tasted freezer burnt and microwaved. The sweet bartender comped my meal and brought something else.
