The room was nice, quiet and comfortable. My bed was wonderful and I love pillows, so I was in heaven. The location was definitely a plus for the stay. There were restaurants in close proximity as well as gas stations; it was relatively accessible to downtown Atlanta and only one exit from the Airport.

The elevators, I couldn't understand why they were all the way on the other end of the hallway. So in saying that, if there was a large party/family or group of people checking in, they would be making a lot of noise going down the hallway to get to the elevators. I guess the same could be true if the elevators were centrally located and the travelers had to travel down a long hallway to get to their rooms.

Issue with our booking on arrival which was not the hotels fault, the night manager found us a room and also provided complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was amazing, great selection.

Nothing not to like about property, only issue was the Shuttle from the airport; as there are numerous Holiday Inns, you need to ensure you know the address of where you are staying!

We were stuck in ATL after a flight delay, so we arrived very late to the hotel. The front desk was available and very welcoming. The associate that assisted us was funny and helpful with helping us get settled and find toiletries for the unexpected overnight stop. It was a welcome exchange, and we are so grateful for their hospitality and to her for going above and beyond. The hotel is clean, and the breakfast had pretty good options. The location is great for reaching the airport easily. Though we did not take the complimentary shuttle, it's an excellent service to offer clients 24/7 and every 30 minutes.

The hotel was very secure! You needed your room keys to get in and out of the parking lot, up the elevator and through most of the doors (besides your room). Also, it was very clean. For our stay in particular, that was a huge plus as we had been staying somewhere that wasn’t clean at all. We felt very comfortable. And the restaurant/bar area was very nice. We didn’t go, but it looked nice!

We were a little shocked that you had to pay $14 a person to get breakfast. We were under the impression that there was a free breakfast, similar to most holiday inn branches.

The shuttle was very convenient and timely to and from the airport. I did not get a chance to eat breakfast. The room was accommodating. Staff was very nice, room service was quick when needed. Kitchen/Bar staff were made good cocktails and was informational about the popular visiting locations and eateries.

The advance request by phone and e-mails for a change on bed accommodations from a king to a double queen prior to arrival thru booking .com and the Hotel which failed. The change happened on the next day which was an inconvenience of moving all of the personal items from room to room. No pool.

SCHUTTLE FROM AND TO AIRPORT, GOOD BREAKFAST, GOOD BEDS.

There is one crazy lady attending the breakfast. She is speaking loud all the time, remembering us that a tip is appreciatted (before we sit) and keep talking loud during all our breakfast. No peace. Make me and my family felt so unconfortable. My wife asked a knife and fork and the woman said rhat she has asked before if we want and my wife had said that no and start speaking loud again that my wife was mad and mean. It was a very bad experience. The hotel should deliver a trainning to the workers. Peace in the breakfast please. OK

It was perfect for having to leave early to the airport.

They could not find our reservation at 1st. it was a little bit of a hassle however it got handled and taken care of with in a couple of hours.

Everybody who worked there from the front desk to the bartender was extremely friendly. These accommodations were wonderful, clean and comfortable.

Could not get change for the washer and dryer, had to walk to the gas station. Maybe a change machine should be put in the building since they also have vending machines.

Breakfast was yummy, staff was so friendly and accommodating, housekeeping was quick when we needed more TP and blankets for the sofa bed, bartender and restaurant staff were great. Loved that the bedroom was separate from the main TV area. Oh, and we had a balcony!!!

Had to pay daily for parking.

That we were able to check in early.

The bed in my room. the sheets weren't changed. There were hair in the bed, also, a wet towel still hanging up. So you tell me. Room didn't have a microwave. I thought $15 for breakfast was too much to pay, along with the cost of parking.
