Great Location, Clean, Safe, Professional Staff.

The toilet in the room I was given wasn't secured very well and made an annoying clink whenever we sat on it. Also the TP is super cheap motel TP or gas station TP I expected better and for the price of the rooms they should provide better. Breakfast was meh... but available. Also no vending machines or small store. Amenities need improvement. Rooms were nice, big, clean, and comfy with microwave, small fridge, big TV, etc and the front desk (which is the only area still under renovation) didn't hesitate to give me additional pillows when I requested them. Also sent a text daily to check needs. So overall I'll give it an 8/10.

Breakfast was great , there were very many options to choose from and the staff was very friendly. The staff was very eager to help with any questions or concerns. Dining area was always clean and neat in appearance.

My stay could have been better if I was able to use my digital key. I received an email saying that I was able to check in advance and would not have to wait. When I made it to my room because I was informed I could skip the line, my digital hey did not work. I also shared my digital key with a person that I was rooming with and still had no luck. In the end I had to go back downstairs with bags in hand to alert the front desk that my digital key was not working. I am happy that the attendant was friendly and able to issue me a key card and apologized for the inconvenience.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The lobby didn't have that stale dry smell. The room was very clean and they even had my name on the TV home screen which I thought was neat. Breakfast was good as well. I don't have anything bad to say. Also good location because there were a lot of restaurants in the area. They also have a pool.

I didn't find anything wrong and that's the 100% truth.

I loved everything the bathroom was nice had shampoo & everything even though I did not use them the bed wasn’t too high up had access to my room by my phone it was one of them best hotels I’ve been to

One of the maids came a little too early knocking on the door persistently being annoying

The panel under the sink was damaged and the repair job was horrible. I was shocked the room was even given to us. It had a moldy smell which permeated the room. We stayed there because my 81 year old Mother didn’t want to be bothered with moving unless we we’re leaving town. Carpet had a tear. Not what I’m used to dealing with at Hampton Inn.

Very clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Evening desk attendant, Curtis was extremely polite and friendly. Good breakfast. Dining area clean. Lady attendant was very sweet.

Although the coffee cans were out all day/ night they were often empty except at breakfast.

WiFi was not good.

Property was very clean and well maintained. Loved the free breakfast buffet in the mornings. Curtis at the front desk was the best!

I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the loving staff. It was a peaceful situation and I enjoyed every minute. It was super clean and comfortable can't wait to book again!

They didn't have cheese for my grits lol.
