It was decent accommodation, rooms were clean, linens were clean too. Bed was comfy. Staff was nice and helpful. For a $100 per night rate it was good enough. You can't expect breakfast, complementary water bottles, additional furnitures and other good to have features at this price point.
Rooms need freshning up. Location is not the best in city, but it was exactly where I wanted, hence booked there.

The comfort and safety
Second floor level and the room was all the way at the other end, whenever we book our rooms we’re always requesting ground floor level because of a physical issue but never get the ground floor

The breakfast was less than I expected bu tgood. Therewas a variety and the area were the breakfast was located was clean. The staff was kind and helpful in their service.

i loved the location & the smoking room.
i didn’t like the quality of the hotel or our room. it doesn’t look nothing like the photos being advertised. everything was out dated, & our refrigerator was dirty.

helpful staff, the woman up front was very helpful and I appreciate her so much for helping me get a room late in the night.
It’s a little gross. Drinks spilled outside and more small stains in the sheets

we loved the staff. these nice people accommodated us in every way. they even directed us to a wonderful local eatery that like the Hotel stay; a great experience. i would stay here again. nice, nice; people. two thumbs up.
the only thing we did not like was the water quality and they cannot do much about that.

Say on the website that they have an pool which they do but it was closed and then they late at night staff member was very rude to me didn’t greet me no nothing just look at me like she didn’t want to serve me or be there kinda made me feel like I wasn’t welcome

The property is old but you can tell the owners are starting to upgrade it. All the staff were extremely helpful .
