The hotel is in a good location right off the interstate so going to the store or getting something to eat was easy to do. The breakfast food is very filling with waffles, sausage, biscuits and juice.

The water pressure for the shower was not good. For when you pull the plug for the shower only half the water was coming from the shower head. The other half was running from the faucet into the tub. I did turn the shower dial several times to adjust the pressure but only the middle worked the best.

I liked the rooms. Very spacious for the amount of people we had. Very Very clean and organized. Beds were very clean and fresh bed sheets. Plenty of towels and accessories were provided. Made us feel right at home.

We did not like the fact that once we paid the room amount and the $50 deposit which is refundable. We had to additional turn around and pay a $20 pet fee, which we should have not had to pay because we have a certificate for emotional support animal. And they told us we only accept service animals which pretty much is the same thing. We didn't argue about it because we were so tired and ready to relax. But Best Western needs to take that criteria into consideration and change that. It's a rip off.

Everything was right there in that location to shop

I didn't like the flooring in the room it wasn't clean the bathroom wasn't clean good either. I travel with my cleaning supplies everybody don't clean a like. The place is not a bad place to stay. Towels was very clean so was the bed. Cleaners has to do better with cleaning the floors n bathroom.

Breakfast was great,a litte slow getting towels for my room but overall location was great can walk to Southlake Mall and other spots

Very clean room. Great place right off 75 to sleep for the night on the way from Michigan to Florida. Good hotel breakfast. On a side note our teen daughter accidentally left her wallet in the room—very honest and helpful staff who kept it for us in the safe and we picked it back up on our way home from spring break. Very appreciated!

everything was clean, the bed comfortable as were the pillows. Fast warm water. It is within a 5 min walk to Cracker barrel for meals. Heater worked well. Lots of walking room for pet duties

Not much. Buildings a little dated but rooms were nice.

I always stay here when I visit. Since changing the name and remodeling the rooms, every visit has been great. I can't wait to see it once all renovations are done.

The heat and ac units are old and barely work.

Need improvement with cleaning the bathroom washcloth wasn't to nice to use brought my own sitting chair in the room was dirty place not bad to stay I will stay again

The property was in a nice location, we felt safe, it was close to where we needed to go, overall very nice property. The front desk customer service was great, they were nice and assisted with whatever need I had. The breakfast was great as well! The lady attending the breakfast area was polite and kept everything nice. The food was warm, pancakes were great, plenty of beverage choices, and fresh fruit. Overall a great stay!

Good breakfast selections and well stocked. Bed was comfy and room had enough space to move around in it.

We traveled with a dog and if our room could have been in a less busy spot it would have been better. ( his first trip and he was listening as people went past).
