Well my previous visit we had a little problem with the booking and I apologize for leaving such a confusing statement or ratings but it wasn't toward the staff in the facility itself the Jamestown it was poor and directed toward it the cookie so it was a slightest understanding between myself and the clerk that they have taken the money off my cards and they told me to have the facility to call them statement they no longer. booking.com so the car y but for me but again my sincere apologies for the Jamestown staff if I came off unappropriate but at the same time when you're traveling and doing your traveling you're frustrated tired and actually mind bothering but again my sincere apologies for the staff if they took mine statement and greatest Court booking.com and instead of Jamestown Motel and clerk I sincerely apologize and I appreciate something

I didn't really like the part about not having enough leaning for the bathroom and lack of a telephone in the room other than that I had a prison state

It was very clean and comfortable. From the looks of the area and outside I didn't think it would be. But once I got inside I was very pleased. It was very clean and to me that's the most important part. I would stay again.

I didn't like that the people that appear to live there was just hanging outside it made me uncomfortable. Being that I was traveling there. But overall it was nice And I would stay there again.

That when I had a problem. The staff addressed it.

The elevator did not work when I got ready to checkout at 4:15AM. I had to carry all my bags by hand down the stairs.

The floor was dirty. The bathroom floor was dirty. The towels/rags are dirty and need to replace They were Dirty and I did not have all of the amenities as the other rooms I was placed in a conjoined room. The people next-door are very noisy.

It’s was pretty cool

The soda machine don’t take debit cards only cash need to have it were it accept both for people who don’t carry cash and have cards

The Jacuzzi tub was a plus.

Around the toilet wasn’t clean, but the front desk associate changed my room

Quiet, new, they have cameras, no smell, big room, comfy bed and bedding. Big hot tub

The towels and sheets had stains on it, but besides that it was very nice and comfortable

It was a ok room I just paid more than was said .
