The breakfast was awesome. The staff took pride in providing a very good breakfast for everyone daily. They had quiche one day, cheese omelets another day, and it just rotated various items.

The beds. The bed in the master bedroom was very hard, also the pull out couch was very uncomfortable. The sink in the master bedroom would often become stuck and you would have to just wait for the water run out. Also, the internet. The first night was were staying at the hotel, the internet was completely down. I suggested to the front desk staff that a simple reboot of the router would fix the problem, but they would not attempt it. The internet ready smart tvs in our rooms never fully work. You could not access the internet at all.

The only thing that threw us off as out of towners was the fact there’s multiples of this same hotel in a short distance and we overlooked that and tipped valet at the wrong address at first to check in only to discover we were in the wrong location. Talk about a waste of money Just to tell them to hold the vehicle it isn’t going anywhere after all. Tip was not offered back of course nor did we ask.

I liked that I could walk to the places we wanted to go. It felt safe. The room was clean. I liked it had 2 separate rooms and had 2 bathrooms. The sitting area was comfy. The staff were phenomenal. Easy check in and out.

The bed was very uncomfortable. For the price the beds could have been way better. The shower curtain was super short and water got in the floor easily when taking a shower. I didn't necessarily like the valet parking. I would rather park my own car. I don't let other people drive my car. So was disappointed with that. Had to pay for valet parking. A bit steep of a charge when we had already paid over $400/night for a room we stayed in less than 12 hours.

Patrick the Valet is a gem... a kind and professional soul dealing with a plethora of hurried cars/people. All with a smile. The front desk staff was professional, helpful and kind. The room I was given was a wonderful apartment-sized room! Plush and spacious! I was happily giddy with the room. Full kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator. I got an excellent nights sleep in the incredibly comfortable bed, and quiet room.

Wished I could have stayed longer!

the location is great! there is access to public transportation iclose by, walking distance, and there is a public parking garage right across the street only $16/24 hrs also hourly rates. The breakfast was good, normal continental breakfast foods (scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, breads, fruit, cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juice, milk, coffee…) All of the staff was very friendly!

the air conditioner in our room wouldn’t cool down as low as it should. it was tolerable but if moving around getting dressed to go out, it seemed too warm.

The room was lovely and spacious. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of options. The valet was very nice and helpful.

It would've been better if you didn't have to go to the front desk to get ice. The TV in the room said there was ice in the room but there wasn't.

The hotel is located close to botanical gardens, piedmont park and museums which is nice. Morgan checked me in; she was very professional, polite, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I was traveling for work and liked my stay here. The breakfast options are awesome. I loved the healthy breakfast options.

The rooms are not soundproof, and the area was noisy at nighttime which disrupted my sleep. If you are a light sleeper, then it will be a problem for you. maybe bring your earplugs to help sleep at night.

Perfectly located for exploring Midtown Atlanta, the fine arts scene, the beautiful botanical center and Piedmont Park, not to mention both Whole Foods and Einstein Bagels within walking distance. The room had a well equipped kitchen in addition to a spacious sitting area and king-sized bed. We would happily stay there again.

The air conditioning is SOOO loud. No fresh fruit or hot eggs at the free breakfast buffet.

Good amenities, friendly staff, and some really good lemonade in the lobby. Location is pretty clutch with some good restaurants and interesting things just a couple blocks down.

Parking is Valet only and 37$ a night. You can park a little ways down the street for cheaper which makes it a bit better pretty much 16$ a night but you’ll have to pay every time you want to leave.
