As soon as I walked in the receptionist was so welcoming and charismatic. I originally booked a simple 2 beds room, but they upgraded me to a loft and it was freaking great. It felt like an actual home, I didn't want to leave lol I loved how spacious it was, I didn't feel crowded, it was more than enough space! I also would like to add that I like they have their own private basement parking. We didn't have to worry about looking for parking or getting our vehicle towed.

Unfortunately, I forgot to pack my shampoo and body wash and hoped to have seen a back up in the hotel's shower but the only thing that was provided was a small container that was about 3inch small that was apparently a body wash and to top it off the smell of the wash was unpleasant. I highly recommend guests bring their own shower essentials if they are picky about that kind of stuff. I think an upgrade on bath needs is a must. The private parking, I like. What I didn't like was that it was very tight. It was hard to enter and exit.

-the hotel was located in a nice area of Atlanta in mid-town, and was most economical compared to other hotels in the area - close to arts and cultural activities - and very close to a metro stop - we took the metro right from the airport to the stop near the hotel - there was a small fridge in the room, and as there was not breakfast included, we were able to pick up some juice and muffins from the nearby grocery store, to have in the morning, and beverages and snacks for the evenings

everything was fine - met our needs - as it is an older hotel, the rooms are on the smaller side, however we did not spend much time in the room

it was a pretty and comfortable room. nice patio

check in was a nightmare. took forever and they were not even ready by 5 for new guests. hard to get extra towels and we stayed for 5 nights. did not clean the room even once.

We reserved a suite: lvg and kit on 2nd flr, bed and bath on 3rd flr. Recently remodeled, very clean. Kitchen appliances were super nice, but almost no utensils, like only 1 fork, no fry pan, spatula, glasses, cups, nothing. No salt, dish soap, dish towel. Not sure what they're thinking, but if you want a kitchen, I'd suggest clearing this up before reserving. Otherwise, very comfortable. Nice courtyard. Windows open! Quiet. Walk to lots of restaurants, Metro across the street. Can't get more convenient to the airport. We'd stay again for sure if they'd fix the kitchen utensils. BTW, visit the High Art Museum and Human Rights Center!

Very friendly and accommodating staff (got us an upgrade upon request for a very low cost), excellent location. The hotel is still a great value but seemed to be hit hard by the pandemic.

They used to have a bar on the first floor a couple of years ago, not it’s not open anymore, no room service anymore. Our room had a full kitchen but no utensils, pans, cups or dishes (we only used the full sized fridge, microwave and Keurig and had to buy disposable plates, cuos and utensils).

Beautiful courtyard to hang out in, very cool ambiance of hotel mixing the old with the new, friendly staff, felt safe in the area, clean room.

The toilet would not flush and the refrigerator did not work. Beds were hard as a rock and there were minimal complimentary toiletries in the room. I was not informed that the parking garage could only handle compact-sized cars. The parking situation is horrible and there should be alternate parking arrangements at a nearby garage. There is no valet service anymore. We stayed on a Friday night and the bar at the hotel wasn't even open.

Loved the historic feel. It was a great location for the venue we attended. I like that the windows opened all the way and it was a good size room and it was clean. They also let us leave our car there since we arrived so early.

We couldn't check in until after 5:30 due to the rooms not being ready. Once we did get our keys, I had to go back downstairs because the keys didn't work. The ice maker was not working however we were told to go to the bar from another guest. They also charged my card for the full amount instead of just a deposit although it was already paid for on booking.com. The lady told me they needed a credit card on file but it wouldn't be charged. I called and talked to Nathan about it once it posted and he refunded it.

Good location for visiting the sites in Atlanta. Across the street from the high art museum within walking distance of the botanical garden if you’re a good walker. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff were not given sufficient supplies. For example they were out of coffee cups when we needed one more cup for the next morning. There was also a challenge of the parking. It was up to us to find a parking lot that could accommodate our car for two nights. We told the young people at the desk where they could direct their guests next time. That seems a little casual when the advertising all mentions valet parking.

The properties location was great. Plenty of things to see and do within walking distance. The decor was very fun and inviting. Loved the layout of the room. Staff was very nice & accommodating.

I was a little upset that they did not have a bartender, so therefore the bar was closed. Would’ve been nice to have been able to enjoy a drink at the hotel bar.

the location was perfect. we were there for a show at Center Stage so we couldn’t of asked for a better spot. The garden was great. It was very beautiful.

The poor Valet was very backed up so it took forever to get our keys when our truck was parked right on the street. Online it said the bar opened at 4 which would have been perfect for us however when we arrived we were told it didn’t open until 6. Our show started at 5:30 so we were disappointed by that. When I booked our room I was under the impression we would have a mini bar, no mini bar and no bar open really killed our vibe.
