I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The location is ideal—conveniently situated near key attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore the area. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and well-appointed, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. Breakfast was good and the rooms spacious and clean. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.

The valet and all the staff were super helpful and genuinely seemed to enjoy their job. The room was large and we appreciated the attention to having some kitchen items available

Our stay included breakfast and we saw a menu posted on the refrigerator but what was offered downstairs was not what the menu stated. Nothing upsetting but I was looking forward to that offering. I did enjoy the breakfast that was provided though.

Excellent accommodation. Spacious and well-equipped rooms, good location, great gym, and breakfast. The staff is very attentive (reception, maintenance, and Jennifer, responsible for breakfast). I highly recommend this hotel.

The only thing we could comment on as a negative point is the air conditioning in the gym, which wasn't working. But the rest was excellent. I highly recommend it and would stay here again.

Clean, fresh and modern environment. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, comfortable and fully stocked. They even had my name on the televisions, welcoming me to the room. That was next level! The breakfast was fresh, hot, a great verity and delicious!

Convenient for our needs

During our three night stay the room was never serviced, (e.g. no fresh towels or bins emptied) despite there being a notice in the room stating it would be serviced every two days.

One of the valet attendants was awesome. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond due to me due to my handicap. I hate that I didn't get his name but I tipped him for his services. The front desk attendant was great. He was able to make stay pleasurable in spite of my handicap.

AJ waved the entire trip. He is one of there best employees along with the valet people. Everyone was really helpful. The breakfast was okay

The front desk was extremely busy when we arrived. The parking lot was backed up three blocks beyond the hotel. Everyone in line was rude and impatient. The staff at the front desk handled everything extremely professionally and kept their cool. They were awesome! Our reservation was with Homewood Suites, but there were no rooms available by the time we checked in. They transferred our reservation over to the Hilton Garden, loved our room, no issues at all.

The parking garage was a bit of a nightmare. Had to wait in line over 30 minutes just to get into the garage. I believe the problem was people getting into the garage and not realizing they had to pay for parking, and trying to back out. Created a bit of a traffic nightmare. In the end the staff decided to valet park everyone and handle it really well.

Breakfast was awful, hot tub was not open, floor in kitchen is warped and needs replacement, towels had too strong smell of bleach, and the $100 fee added on was odd, for valet parking that I thought was only $45

Incredibly generous staff, very pleasurable and immensely professional!

The breakfast was very limited even living within this post-Covid world, the selection were underwhelming. In most of my travels in recent times, hotels still offered a selection of varied hot foods.
