Room was comfy and clean w great AC. Location is safe and easy to get around. Staff is polite enough.

Staff did not know how to manage any of my requests (they were not crazy requests). Asked for towels, did not receive them. Upon checking in, asked to stay another night due to flight cancellations, they were frazzled and said they couldn't help because i booked on booking. Ended up booking another night on booking.com in front of them and requested to keep the same room so we didn't have to "check out." Person helping said maybe... but i will have to come down before check out and check again. Ended up being charged a whole room fee by hotel for no reason and called 4 different numbers over the week after and waited for 25 minutes to speak to the right billing person to get refunded. This customer service infrastructure seems like it's designed to get you to give up and just eat the bill.

Hight quality room - we'd booked a good one but got an upgrade courtesy of the front desk - much appreciated for its double aspect view.

Limited faclilities - no pool., no dining other than the bar (except for breakfast). A good location midtown but getting around by car or taxi is a nightmare due to traffic on and around the interstates nearby. Room cleaning times a bit hit and miss.

The property was definitely a great value for what we were looking for in a nice room. The staff was very nice and attentive! Check in was smooth as ever and we even got a free room upgrade for my birthday thanks to Jordan. The restaurant in the lobby area was great. The salmon was superb. Drinks at the bar were also top tier. I think we will definitely come back at some point!

We arrived 4 hours later than expected due to hold ups at the airport so were exhausted but the receptionist was very welcoming and the room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was perfect with great amenities. The check out was as smooth so a great stay all around, we would like to spend more time there one day.

The hotel itself was in a very nice area of Midtown. Plenty to see and do all day and all night long. The staff was absolutely amazing. The bellhops were extremely professional and even though one waitress at the bar smiled and stared a little too long for my liking. The atmosphere was very pleasant.

If I tried real hard I’m sure I could find something, but I would really just be petty. My companion didn’t like that there was NO free breakfast but his understanding of levels is…stuck.

Spacious room with tasteful decoration, super comfortable bed and high quality bed linens, great shower, convenient location and nice view. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The location can't be beat. Perfect, central location- making it easy to walk to nearby spots. The room was spacious.

There was only 1 bartender at the bar on a Friday night which made it chaotic and unorganized. There was also some event being held so there were way too many people in the area and the bartender was clearly overwhelmed and was less than pleasant. It took over 20mins to get our drinks and 15mins before we were even acknowledged to be able to order.

Clean & central location to The Fox & restaurants

$36 x 2 for 2 cars 1 night (3:00pm-11:00am) to be in the deck (my daughter met me) is too much considering nightly room rate in my opinion.
