cleanliness and low security presence I also liked the hospitability of several of the front desk staff There were very good options for the breakfast menu with plenty of space for us to eat socially distant the pool was heated and stayed open until midnight (other hotels close much sooner). Allowed for grown up time with no little ones splashing

The first morning 2 men were in my room at 7a. They spoke little to no English and ignored the do not disturb (dnd) sign. Even more alarming was the front desk staff stated they didnt know who the people were. No one followed up with me about this so I could make a report. I had no other issues with the dnd sign being ignored. The cleaning staff was a little aggressive with trying to get you to leave the room before 11a.

I was double charged by your front desk. Please train your front desk staff. It cost me an extra $200 to get it fixed by Booking.com bc I accidentally called their international customer service line. Manager Bria was extremely helpful and nice to correct and send me a refund but I was out $800 for the entire weekend so I had no money during my trip. My spending money was tied up bc hotel charged me when I had already paid booking.com. Hotel is beautiful and very clean. Cleaning ladies were very nice too.

It was in a great location and everything was super clean. We stayed here and easily made it to Atlanta in 45 minutes and Stone Mountain Park was only a few minutes away. We enjoyed the pool and free breakfast. The view of Stone Mountain was really nice from the third floor.

It's right beside a busy road and cars were drag racing right outside the window most of the night which kept us awake. It might be quieter on the backside of the building but you'd lose the view of Stone Mountain.

I loved whatever smell they had in the lobby! The beautiful young lady with the braids was remarkable. I don't remember her name but my phone was at 2% and it was almost 10pm I didn't have my charger. This sweet young woman offered her personal charger out of her bag for me to use. For her to take the time to just be kind vs saying no we don't sell charges. The rooms were very clean! Breakfast was delicious.

The elevator was scary, it would hesitate and jerk like it dropped a little and so did my soul.... We took the stairs for everything. The pillows were flat and the bed was EXTREMELY squeaky. Like a fly could have made it squeak lol out of the 3 nights I got maybe 8 hours of sleep all together with an extremely stiff back. Should probably invest in a memory foam topper at least. I could have handled the squeak if the bed would have been comfortable. The water pressure wasn't great, changed the settings to try and get the soap rinsed out of my hair but I ended up having to use the sink. The toilet when you flushed legitimately yelled at you. A very loud screech always happened. 2am would about give you a heart attack. We were in room 217.

It was so clean and all of the staff were all smiles and very friendly. The bed was so comfortable and the heated pool was amazing! I will stay here every time I visit ATL. I can’t remember the front desk lady’s name but I believe it was Gwendolyn she was such a sweet woman. My mom and I got there super early in hopes of checking in before 3. She called me as soon as the room was ready and we really appreciated it!

There was nothing I didn’t like 10/10 across the board

The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable with puffy pillows. There were extra blanket and pillows available too. Great location to Stone Mountain park and nearby shopping centers and restaurants A lot of parking space. Designated smoking area

The pool in the picture looked bigger than the actual. Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and really wanted to swim at least even once but the pool looked dirty. Would be a lot better if they could add more to their breakfast menu

The girl at check in was very sweet and answered our questions regarding the pool. Turns out it was open even though the Booking.com app had given us an alert that it was closed and also that we may encounter some construction noise during our stay. Neither were true.

Breakfast could have been better. Most people staying there are heading to park and will be doing some walking/hiking. More protein options would be nice to see. Maybe some fresh fruit, fruit juice. There was a waffle bar option which is nice for children though. Also, wish I had been offered a discount for the park, not sure if they do offer but I forgot to ask.

The hotel staff was extremely professional and polite. My check-in was smooth and my check out. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family for a comfortable stay.

There were multiple hairs in the shower left from previous guest. I believe the shower could’ve been clean much better other than that. Everything else in the room was extremely clean and the room was comfortable. I asked for a late check out and was granted the late check out but housecleaning knocked on the door twice prior to the checkout which disturbed my morning.

The front desk was excellent and attentive..The room and hotel was clean and modern. We had issue with bathroom sink it was stopping up before we left, the breakfast and breakfast staff was very good, the waffles were great! The indoor pool was nice my son loved it!

The price of stay was a little pricey, it should have been $125, the fees ended up being another $26.00..$160.00 total

I liked the location. There's a Walmart across the street.😉 The hotel was very nice and clean. The front desk staff were polite and friendly. I had lunch at the Metro Diner, which was very convenient with good food. There was hot water anytime I needed it to wash my hands or take a shower. Some hotels don't always have hot/warm water.
