The property was clean and inviting. The staff was knowledge and friendly. The rooms were nice. The maid service was excellent. Please make sure you tip them. The location was pretty good. The hotel is down the street from Publix and a couple of shopping centers and it’s right off the highway.

The only downfall is a there is not a microwave or a mini fridge in the rooms. The A.C wasn't working properly. I turned to air down to 70, however my room was cool.

I did not have breakfast there but the coffee lattes to go were fantastic! I would have preferred a different menu for lunch. The staff at the front desk were very professional and most helpful My flight was cancelled for the day I was supposed to arrive and I arrived the next day. They were most helpful to make sure I could have early check-in the next day so I had a place to change for the wedding that day.

The safe did not work in my room.

I loved everything. From check in to check out it was a breeze! There’s ballrooms for your events, a nice restaurant with a bar, inside and outdoor pool with a lift, nice little gym and a business area with complimentary internet access on the computer & printer! The beds were comfy, pillows are soft for those who like that! Shower was hot enough, channel selection was good & the view was nice!

I loved the location it was close to everything you could think of!! Staff was pleasant everywhere we went and I was very pleased!

We paid for parking when we could have not payed for it because they don’t verify the parking of the guest anyway!! It wasn’t too expensive but still!!!

Breakfast was great! Location was good and facilities are nice and new. Staff was friendly and it's always a pleasure staying here :)

Location is not exactly walking friendly. Not the hotels fault though, but if you stay here, be prepared to get a taxi/Uber if you need to go anywhere.

The location was great. I ate in the restaurant and both the food and the staff was exceptional. I thought the hotel was great and it exceeded my expectations. Two different people came to fix the light over the shower in a very timely manner.

The mattress was uncomfortable and sagged in the middle.

Only thing I didn't like was there was no microwave in the room. There was a microwave on every floor by the ice machine but it would've been great to have your own personal one in the room..... no biggie though, everything was perfect and it was a great stay.

Hilton was very accommodating and the facilities was very nice and clean

Book it.com never made my reservation with Hilton. We had to wait an hour before book it.com and Hilton talked to find a resolution for us a room. Hilton was great with accommodating my family. I was highly disappointed in book it.com.

The lobby and entrance are grand. Very nice for conferences and banquets. The kids loved how elegant it was. We had no problem trying to park our 26' uhaul with auto transport on the back.

The rooms could use some updating to match the grandeur of the lobby. The bathtub had the gray grout in some parts which showed its age.

Everything was great

The mattress wasn’t the best. By looking at it you could tell it’s very worn out but sleeping on it our backs definitely paid for it the next morning.
