The friendly customer service that I was greeted with the gentleman that work the front desk was very welcoming and when I had a air conditioning problem he my room so my best friend and I would be content the rest of our stay

The staff are friendly. Breakfast is good. They keep blankets and towels organized and clean.
The ac was loud and woke us all up in the mid night. Not sure about other rooms. My family just didn't bother to change room because we unpacked everything already. Booking com said kitchenettes are provided and that was the reason we chose here. It turns out they don't have that. This is misinformation of booking com. Can't blame the hotel.

Location was good for me, and do like the suite set up.
A little dated and could use some updating. TV didn't work in the seating area, so had to watch the one in the bedroom.

The staff was very polite. The room was exceedingly clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had a nice big TV and the bathroom was a very good size.

The breakfast was delicious. The room were clean with big beds. I travel with my children and the rooms are very spacious. Now the price is a little high even threw the week other than that I’m pleased.

No variety. One staff was very rude to a guest who asked about the breakfast being closed out too early.
