We enjoyed our Beds they were nice and comfortable and it had a mini fridge which was great, really liked that the outside pool was on that back porch of our room literally walking distance was like 10 feet away and we had chairs to sit and just relax in our porch. Room also had an iron and iron board and hangers to hang our clothes, house keeping came in made our beds and cleaned as we were gone 😃👌🏻

We were bummed to find that there was No microwave this was a big bummer for us as tire as we were from being up and down on church conferences we just wanted to stay in our rooms eat and go to sleep and we ended up going down to warm our food at 12:30 at night 😕 another thing was we could not plug our phone chargers without a plug box so we had dead phones while staying here and that was not good at all. Please consider and adding these to the rooms.

The convenience to where I had to work. The newness of the property since they are refurbishing the hotel. Hotel staff, especially Lolita went out of her way to make sure you are happy with your room and everything the hotel has to offer. Very friendly front staff.

My room overlooked the refurbishing equipment and things. Not what I wanted to look at on my deck but it turned out fine.

Very nice, clean spacious, room, comfortable beds. We stayed on the 2nd floor, showers had shampoo conditioner and body wash hooked to wall loved that and the small porch outside. Even though we didn't get to swim it's nice that they have a swimming area for in the summer outside they also have a small gym . It's was a nice and clean place to stay and quiet 😀 definitely will stay here again.

We didn't really like that we had to pay for breakfast I think it should come included with our rooms, But that was the only thing we did not like.

It's in a pretty central location in Norcross, and the whole place is well kept. It's clean and nothing seems out of order. The staff were quick to help out when a hairdryer wasn't to be found in the room. They sent one up in minutes. There is a Mon-Thu bar available in the hotel, and Starbucks coffee is available in the lobby throughout the daytime hours, every day of the week.

The breakfast that Booking says is included for $0.10 is not honored, which is odd. So, if you eat their breakfast, expect to pay full price. There is a Panera across the street though, which is convenient.

Èxtremely clean. The bed was beautiful and sooooo comfortable, as soon as I saw it I couldn't wait to get in. All the bedding was amazing and I would love to have it all but the pillows were the best I have ever slept on. Front desk guy was super nice and as I walked back by after checking out my room asked if my room was good . Excellent!

Didn’t like the layout of the hotel and the fact that the hotel has gone away from the compliment breakfast but I think most hotels are starting to do the same….. Out side of that we had a great stay would stay again

The area and the amenities

Shower had hair in it, and also wife was upset when she FaceTime thinking room was with another female because television said “Good Evening Rosalyn” overall, which I did reach out to front desk but issue wasn’t corrected, overall still a nice property to stay in.

We liked the spacious room and the balcony. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I enjoyed the gym and the staff was friendly. I also enjoyed the Starbucks coffee they served in the morning.

I don't eat breakfast in the hotel because it doesn't include it. Instead, I got microwave. Also, the laundry is comfortable to me.

Running machine seems old, so it would be better to be changed as new one. After using laundry, I don't have drying rack in my room.

The room was nice. Great water pressure in the shower. Very hot. Bed was very comfortable

Inadequate lighting in the parking lot. Ice maker was broke on the 2nd floor had to go downstairs to get ice. The electronic lock to the entry door was broken making the guest to have to walk around the building to gain access.
