Mrs..Tracey can take care of them. So for me waiting she gave me a currency is a drink in a snack. Mrs.Danesha very nice check me out....

up to what they showed on the website. No microwave in the room the pay $10 for microwave.... the warm refrigerated.

Everything about the hotel was good, including the staff, room, breakfast, price and location.

Awkward bathroom design. The shower/toilet room door opened inward, just missing the toilet and shower, so you had to get inside in the corner to close the door. Also, the entry doors to each room closed automatically with a loud bang. The first time we heard it, we thought someone in the hall was mad, but then we heard it all the time and realized our door closed with the same bang when we left the room. Other than that, the place is great.

Location

Elevator wasn’t working the whole time we were there. I had an issue with getting clean towels and couple things in the room that need to be fixed. One of it being the electrical outlet by this sink is not working. Also I didn’t like that the bathroom sink was on the bedroom where you sleep.

Location was great with plenty of places to eat and stores to visit. Didn’t care to pay to park but like the convenience of pay options. Breakfast was always a good variety of choices.

Recommend a 2nd waffle maker for breakfast, placing the amount of bath towel and wash clothes in the room as the amount of people on the booking, and lastly extend pool time to at least 10 on weekends.

Staff, service, clean room, free breakfast, checking in and out was easy, clean facility, exercise room.

Paid parking, small bathroom with sink outside of bathroom, no microwave, not enough staff to accommodate breakfast crowds. Food ran out both days and so did the coffee. Only 1 television in the room.

The location was excellent for where we were visiting.

The breakfast was okay, not great. They had cereal but there were no bowls. The eggs were not very appetizing. Also this is the first time that I stayed at a hotel that had outside parking and I had to pay to park.

Staff very pleasant and friendly. The hotel breakfast is basic but nice. Scrambled egg, hardboiled eggs, oatmeal, toast or bagel. The coffee was good. Only available till 9.30 am. After that one has to use the coffee maker in the room, but there is no milk or cream in the room.

Location was great, near plenty of restaurants and stores…rooms were clean and comfy, staff was nice, breakfast was awesome

Rooms have no microwave, had to go downstairs to warm food up.

I love that my room was spacious, clean, & smelled very fresh

Only thing I didn’t like was shower curtain had a little mold on bottom corner. Need to be changed ASAP But the room overall was very clean. Breakfast was looking old & dried out when I came down to eat around 8:45am. Nobody was there to check up on food to ensure freshness.

Good location, very friendly staff and pet friendly, Close to shopping, family friendly.
