Stay was fine staff nice stove had problems with the oven laundry room had problems with the dryer stayed for 6 months wouldn't cut you a break ran into little financial little problem and then they wasn't willing to work with you and then after I left my check came in that I would been waiting on but yet they couldn't see and then I told that I had to leave then an hour or so after I left my check came in to their office or to the facility I was staying at but I won't go back cuz of that now

Not willing to work with you when you had a little financial crisis and you stayed there for 6 months with no problem and then after I was told I had to leave and check out by 11:00 my check came at 2:00 that I've been waiting on so I could pay them it seems like they could have cut a little slack but I guess that's business but I will not go back to that property

Clean and spacious. Hangers. Large closet. Stove, dishwasher and fridge.

Microwave did not work or open. No toilet paper in the bathroom. The toilet was not fully mounted to the floor. The entire hotel was freezing. Continental breakfast was coffee, oatmeal, muffin and granola bar. Not what I expected.

Everyone in the office is very welcoming and greets you with a smile and a good morning! Monique checks us in every morning and is always pleasant!

The staff was friendly. Room cleaning and towels could have been easier to get if I'm being honest. Otherwise it was a great stay. I was very happy with the coffee and small breakfast. Met my expectations.

Towels. Maid service. No phone in the room which was very inconvenient due to glitchy WiFi. One of the doors on property did not lock. The hallway in the second building is hot and not clean. Was charged 52.99 for trash that I did not put in the hall without my knowledge

Clean rooms and staff was friendly. Comfy beds also.
