Th place was clean quite and near a lot of places to eat

I didn’t like the unfriendly faces I also my key was deactivated for whatever reason and they also gave someone else a key to my room had it not been for the top lock the lady would have just walked right in nice place but I would not stay again I had my daughter with me and honestly could have shot the lady thinking she was trying to harm me or my child

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the service from start to finish. I checked in at 1AM From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff guy made me feel welcomed and valued. They were incredibly friendly, efficient, and attentive, ensuring that my check-in process was quick and smooth. They went above and beyond to offer helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. My room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. I was especially impressed with the front desk's customer service throughout my visit. They were always available to assist with any questions or requests, and their warm, professional demeanor truly stood out. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and stress-free stay with exceptional service!

Very clean. Nice staff. No bad smells. The fridge worked well but is really small. The wardrobe included hangers and an ironing board and iron. Check-in and checkout was a seamless process. WiFi is mostly good but somewhat unstable.

No bidet in toilet No hand sanitizer Other tenants I think were smoking. Beds have soft mattresses which I don't like The floor felt sticky. Some furniture was damaged.

The carpets in the whole building need to be cleaned. They smell so bad and the carpets in the room were dirty and need to be sprayed for ants coming out of the plugs. I'm staying there because I am looking for an apartment and the location is convenient for me and my family.

Bathroom wasn’t great. Our tap in sink wadnt great at all with the water pressure being bad. Could barely use it and had to use tap in bath tub to wash hands and brush teeth. Also you removed the breakfast which I wasn’t aware of as when I stayed a year ago it was available

I had a wonderful stay! What I liked the most was the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The staff at the front desk were very kind and welcoming. The location is excellent, and overall, I think the quality-price ratio is totally worth it. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff were wonderful. They were very friendly and personable. They went above and beyone to ensure my stay was comfortable and that my needs were met. The rooms were spacious and clean. The common areas were clean and always smelled good when you walked through.

I would have given a 10 but there were a couple of days baby roaches were seen in my room. I know it's difficult to be bug free with people in and out but, I would prefer not to see then in my room. Also, the TV could be a bit bigger. It was hard to see from the other side of the room where the 2nd bed was.

I was very impressed with the facility for the price. The customer service was fantastic (all the associates and cleaning staff), the lobby was kept immaculate, and the room had really nice furniture, inviting layout, and overall great decor all around. The breakfast had a nice selection and very nice presentation 😊

The hallways didn’t seem or look very clean. They could be vacuumed more frequently for sure. Also, the carpet in my room felt quite yucky, so I couldn’t wear just socks but slippers or shoes 😬

I liked the breakfast offered every morning. The large room was spacious and had many amenities such as cable, Netflix and app options, and a mini fridge with a microwave. The staff was exceptional and the cleaning crew went out of their way to be friendly and gracious. Would stay again.

No complaints. If anything, the breakfast could go on later and be available to take to the room. Especially if their are persons with special needs whom can’t enjoy breakfast with others easily, such as my case. That was a little bit upsetting.

I liked how easy check in was and how there was a little market for snacks and drinks and that it was located within an area with alot of restaurants and convenience stores....the room was clean and cool and the beds were comfortable with fresh sheets and the shower had plenty of hot water...there were alot of side doors you could exit and enter from with your room key so you wouldn't have to trek thru the lobby every time....staff was friendly and always available to help

There was no elevator, or other real amenities other than basic wifi so getting to our room on the second floor with a ton of luggage was a bit of a hassle, no breakfast, and the fact the fire alarm was triggered at almost midnight the first night due to the sprinklers in the basement
