The decor was nice and the lobby was clean and well Maintained

The property was well Maintained but on one of my rooms There was rust on the tub, the door for the bathroom was off track and I was told There was no maintenance or anyone to assist me after hours. The only option was to my room. The person who checked me in didn’t realized I had 2 rooms that were connected and after I spent 20 min on hold with Booking.com she didn’t really explain what the issue was. I was late for my event and embarrassed because even though I showed her my confirmation on the phone she told me it didn’t matter because it was a 3rd party and I needed to call them to figure it out.

Nice looking decor inside the main hall. Location is close to the main road, easy to find. Plenty of parking, but you need a key card to get in and out. Medium size room with comfortable bed, clean bedding and towels. Mini fridge, microwave and coffeemaker provided. Good typical American breakfast with omelets , sausages etc. Pleasant temp water in the pool.

Not enough window soundproofing, we heard traffic noise all the time. Inside was quiet though, since we didn't have neighbors. Hotel shows wear and tear all over the place.

The location of the property is very good, very close to a large shopping mall, but also pretty quiet. The whole place is very clean, and breakfast is adequate.

It is a bit hard to find, if you missed the entrance, you have to turn around on the highway.

The staff were accommodating. The breakfast choices were pretty good. Food was hot.

The first room entered had an odor that was unbearable. However, the concierge reassigned us to a different room immediately.

The staff is incredibly friendly and willing to help with anything. I travel the entire East Coast and this is my favorite hotel when working. The staff and management need to be recognized for the great work they do.

When I checked out I was told I would receive a receipt by email. A receipt shows what I paid. Instead, I got a statement showing a $0 due. That was it. All it showed was a $0 balance. Pretty much useless for my expense report.

The reservation host was pleasant. It was pet friendly, Check-in was easy, and I felt secure. They gave you a pass for your vehicle to know that you were staying at the hotel. You could only get in with your card through the gate, and overall the place was very very clean.

I have no complaints

The breakfast was really good, plenty options to choose. The room was clean and comfy beds. Nice game room for the kids to play. beautiful hotel. if we ever going back to that place, we will get the same hotel.

We did not use the inside pool, it has a strong smell of pool chemicals. Do not know if is because is inside, we did not get in. we used the laundry and the clothing stay wet, I'm guessing trying a few times to see if it get dry. we did not have the time so we just leave

Location, very clean, room spacious.

Request for extra towels you have to go to the front desk. Our flight was delayed I asked if I could stay an hour extra and was denied. No water bottles complementary.

Receptionist was cheerful and helpful and understood the drama of your vehicle entrance with the DOT accident waiting to routing and control of interstate traffic.

I will not book again as the traffic pattern is deadly to enter the property. And will not recommend to fellow vehicle travelers.
