The hotel grounds, lobby, hallways, and room were clean and well-kept. The shower could have used one more rinse after the last cleaning, but otherwise everything was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We heard our neighbors talking in the hall and opening their entry doors when they returned, but otherwise the room was very, very quiet. The evening and morning staff at check-in and checkout were friendly and caring, but also professional and efficient.

The air conditioner didn’t cool the room as much as we’d have liked on a hot, humid evening, then kicked in like an arctic blast at 4-5 a.m. The temperature and humidity were tolerable, but not optimal for sleeping. My guess is that’s centrally managed for energy conservation. Maybe they do it only for the cheapest rooms, and I am sure we had one of those.

Breakfast was way too expensive; $16.95+tax is outrageous, especially for seniors. Everything else was good. Wish there was discounts and if there's some, we should have been asked.

That last Saturday they were full so I had to stay at a nasty Aloft. Oh, backlit bathroom mirror was hard to see in.

Check-in was easy, the room was very clean and smelled nice, the shower was clean, and the bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was great and check-out was a breeze!

Not really a big deal, but there was a low spot in the floor where the desk was, so the drawers of the desk were constantly extended.

The hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable, especially the pillows. The cookie they give you, at check-in, was a nice added bonus.

There are bright lights, in the hall, outside each room...the lights shined into my room, through the crack, on the door (there was a "crack" between the door and the doorframe). This light was so bright, it made it hard to get to sleep, especially since I prefer my room to be really dark. There are no microwaves, in the rooms. There is a communal microwave, in the lobby. That's really inconvenient, that you have to go down to the lobby, everytime you want to warm something up. The lighting, in the room, is very dim, even with all the lights on.

Checking out, no one was at the front and the lady didn’t seem so pleasant. The lady that checked me in was super friendly and nice.

Unlike many reviews, the cookies, while delicious, weren't the highlight of my stay. The hotel was nice, room clean, beds comfortable. But the best part of my experience was the staff. Helpful, courteous, and they always spoke as we went thru the lobby. My first time staying here, but felt like friends and family

Location near Ameris Amphitheatre was our main reason for booking. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, which is what would bring me back. The room was nice and the bedding was comfortable.

The room & bathroom were clean enough but there were a couple of hairs left in the shower, dust on higher light fixtures etc. Nothing major or gross; just not perfect.

Michael and Diane were great. All cotton sheets were great.

Would love higher water pressure as I've got thick hair
