-- LOCATION! The hotel is located right in the heart of Alpharetta! Mostly everything can be reached by foot and is located only a short distance away (e.g. Farmers Market, restaurants, activities, Avalon) -- The hotel is new and in exceptional condition! -- The room was clean and spacious for one person. Two people might feel a little bit cramped in... -- The bed was very comfortable and housekeeping is kind and accommodating -- 2 small glass bottles of Evian were complementary :) -- There was a small section offering additional snacks and drinks.

-- It's not clear how the parking works. The property offers valet parking only ($42 per night) which cannot be added to the overall hotel bill. It is charged separately by the valet team. There is free parking available off-site and it is in walking distance yet it would be best to first check in and then park. Hotel staff can advise of its location. -- I had reserved a king bed and was first given an accessible room. This does not work well for me since everything (e. g. sink) is lower so I requested a different room. I was then given a queen-bed room facing the main street which was somewhat noisy in the evening due to partying below. Plus I would have preferred a king bed. -- There is no desk in the room and only a very small table in front of a bench.

Beautiful atmosphere. The staff was excellent. Front desk went over and beyond. Cannot say enough good things when it comes to them!! The valet guys were also excellent!!!

The $42 per night charge for valet and the closest garage was over a block away. Not good when someone is handicap. There was not choice but to pay for the valet charge.

You can walk to many restaurants, bars, and shops or if you wanna stay at the hotel they have plenty of excellent food and beverage choices as well. Very elegant hotel and super friendly staff

Very clean and well maintained- restaurant was very good.

With the price of the stay being pricey, valet should not be so expensive. Especially with the location not having any parking in the area, on the weekends.

The staff was so nice and helpful. It is a beautiful hotel near so many good restaurants.

The bathroom needs a fan and it would be nice if the room had more than one chair. A place for a couple of people to sit would be nice.

The location is great - if your looking to have a great place to stay and get out and walk to fun shops/restaurants, this is your place.

Breakfast was very good , as well as the service. Location is very good but not for us since we spend all the time at my son's house.

Too stingy with soap and toiletries. No water in the room. There is no self-parking and valet parking is very expensive.

Comfortable room, new facility,good amenities nearby., good breakfast. Valet very friendly.

Coffee way overpriced at breakfast, Coffee maker in room did not work well. TV difficult to use, poor variety of programming

Location was great! Nice little shops around the area surrounding the hotel, a lot of restaurants to choose from. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Was able to get a quiet room. Nicely decorated room.

Nice hotel, very clean and modern

Not all of the front desk staff were very hospitable and welcoming. I didn’t like that there was no independent hotel parking, only valet. I also did not like that breakfast was not included in the price.
