The staff was very pleasant. There was a variety for breakfast and it was good. We had three dislike as it related to the cleanliness of our room. It looked like there were some areas over looked/missed. There were about four dried out dirty wash clothes hanging over the shower rod when we pulled the shower curtain up to shower, the bathroom door jam had dirty fingerprints around it and the desk and nightstand had sticky residue in it. We did not report this to anyone as we were there just over night.

We were informed where the the pool was located at check in and then after using the pool was told that the pool wasn't open...even though the gate was unlocked and there was no sign that it was closed. Disappointed as I picked this hotel due to it having a pool for my three kids. pool was clean.

Kendra, at the front desk, was absolutely amazing. She was a breath of fresh air with her soft voice and amazingly upbeat attitude and willing to do whatever was needed to make our stay the best it can be. This may be our best stay ever, and all because of Kendra!

The front desk staff was very kind. The facilities were clean and well maintained.

The only issue we had was that the sink in our room would barley turn on. It was a trickle of water that wasn't very helpful for washing hands, brushing teeth, etc.

The rooms were clean, the rooms were very spacious for a family of 4. The layout was nice and we had spare blankets already in room so I didn't have to make a trip down to the front to ask for one. The staff was friendly. We were greeted in the lobby and as we left. Everyone was nice. We will definitely be staying here again!

My only complaint was the room we stayed in one of the full beds had maybe lost the springs in the middle? Or it was time for it to be flipped maybe? It caved in the middle so it wasn't firm like the other bed in the same room. It was fine for the one night we stayed in. But would have asked to switch rooms had it been more than one night stay.

Breakfast was sub par. Not a fan of this nor did the kids like any of it. Really never have high expectations for Hotel breakfast anyway so wasnt totally disappointed here

Generally a great stay

The room was the perfect setup for our needs. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

Loved the staff and location.

The flow in the lobby and bar area is very chopped up. I also don't like that the hotel is not hooked up to the IHG website for hotel bill retrieval.

I was so shocked to see that someone had cleaned our room. I mean from check in to check out our experience was top notch.

Cleanliness of the facility front desk is exceptional with their customer service.

Needed more towels in room before having to ask front desk.
