The breakfast was fine - generally what I expect from a 3-star hotel. There was a variety of options.

The restaurant is an open area right off the check-in. It was extremely loud. I found it unpleasant to sit in the space and ended up taking my dinner up to my room. The location isn't ideal if you plan on spending time in Downtown or Midtown - an Uber to those areas cost me $51 and $53 respectively from Alpharetta.

The front desk person..I believe his name is Mitchell..was very friendly, professional and did everything possible to make our stay a good one. Our room was not ready so we had to wait for a while. He offered us water and kept us informed of the progress in getting our room ready and gave us a card for a free breakfast. Really high marks for him and other staff we had contact with including the housekeeper who did a superb job with our room. Buffet breakfast was good and offered everything that anyone would want. Nicely displayed and the server was was on the ball without being intrusive.

Nice hotel and facilities. A few things need replacement like some of the small carpeted areas in the lobby. Would definitely stay there again.

I stay here quite often as I am fairly local. I stay here to have a "night off" a few times a year. I love the atmosphere and all of the staff are absolutely wonderful. I feel the rooms are clean and well stocked. I feel safe traveling as a single female to this location as well.

My only negative is the cost.

Drinks at the bar were a little expensive. I did purchase a Tylenol in the store. It was over four dollars and then wanted a tip. I thought that was a little pricey but still. I would still stay at the Marriott Alpharetta!

Great staff. Very good buffet breakfast although a little pricey. Loved having the outdoor pool. Comfortable beds.

Booking.com put my middle name as my last name so the hotel front couldn’t find the reservation and said we’d have to call booking.com even though I had my confirmation email. Luckily the front desk person had seen that happen before and used my license to find the reservation.

The staff was excellent. We celebrated our 55th wedding anniversary and was given a room upgrade and breakfast for our entire stay. Thanks and blessings. Staff was great and daily breakfast was a wonderful bonus This was a stay cation, so pleasant and convenient for our needs

The common area decor needs updating. A .microwave in the room would be nice. Not much to be disappointed about!

It was clean and very nice. I loved the bartender that was working when we arrived Saturday morning. He was very friendly and helped us with where to go on the area.

The lady that checked us in was not friendly.

I was there for a training and thought I would have to leave the hotel for a good drinl, dinner and conversation. I did not leave at all. Bartenders we awesome. Had freat meals and wonderful interactions. The staff remembered me from the night before. I will definitely be back.

No complaints

Even when you order Buffett at breakfast which was excellent, we got great personal attention from our waitress. The beds were so comfy and the bedding crisp and smelled so clean. Have no complaints whatsoever

Access to WiFi when I needed it. Initially I used the Guest sign in and then the next day I was unable to login with that. Had to go downstairs and ask and was told to use Corporate WiFi. I wasn’t given this information at check in.
